«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի՝ «դասալիք» պաշտոնյաների մասին հրապարակային հայտարարությունը միանշանակ չի ընդունվել Արցախում։ Այստեղ կարծում են, որ դրանով «թշնամի ենք ուրախացնում»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին նա հայտարարեց «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը լքած բարձր եւ ցածր օղակների պետական պաշտոնյաների դրսեւորած ամոթալի վարքագծի» մասին, որին հաջորդեցին մի խումբ փոխնախարարների ազատումները։ ԱՀ խորհրդարանի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանի կարծիքով, պաշտոնյաներին ազատելը ճիշտ քայլ էր, փաստը հրապարակայնացնելը՝ սխալ․ «Նախ՝ սխալ են արել, որ այդ մարդկանց պաշտոն են տվել, որ հիմա էլ ազատում են, պատերազմի ժամանակ փորձել ուղղել սխալը՝ այնքան էլ պատեհ պահ չէ․․․ նման մարդկանց պետք է ոչ թե պատերազմի ժամանակ ճանաչել, այլ մինչ պատերազմը, եւ իմանալ, թե ում են նշանակում, ում են վստահում պատերազմող երկրի պետական կառավարումը»։

Հաշվի առնելով պաշտոնական հայտարարությունները, թե հարցը կարող է տեղափոխվել իրավական դաշտ, հարցրինք՝ ի՞նչ «սանկցիաներ» են հաջորդելու։ Պատգամավորն ասաց՝ դրա ժամանակը չէ․ «Հիմա Արցախը փրկելու խնդիր է դրված մեր առջեւ, հետո նոր միայն՝ դրա ածանցյալներով»։ Նշենք, որ Հարությունյանի հրամանագրով ազատված պաշտոնյաների թվում է Արցախի ԿԸՀ անդամ Եղիշե Արզումանյանը։ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Սրբուհի Արզումանյանը մեզ չբացատրեց, թե ինչ կարգավիճակով է ԿԸՀ անդամը բացակայում երկրից։ Գուցե արձակուրդո՞ւմ է կամ լքել է աշխատանքը եւ տեղափոխվել Հայաստա՞ն։ «Ես այդ հարցերով չեմ զբաղվում, տեղս էլ անհարմար է, չեմ կարող խոսել»։ Ի դեպ, Եղիշե Արզումանյանը 65 տարեկան է, իսկ նոյեմբերին լրանում է ԿԸՀ անդամների լիազորությունների ժամկետը, եւ նոր կազմ պետք է ընտրվի։
