Ձեւավորվել է «Ճանաչիր Արցախը» շարժում, որը ղեկավարում է ռուսաստանաբնակ մեր հայրենակից, գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը: Կարծիք հայտնելու համար նման մի նամակ էլ ուղարկվել է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանին: Նրան մի քանի հարց է ուղղել hayeli.am-ը՝ պարզելու համար, թե ինչ կարծիք ունի եւ ինչ է տալու այն մեզ:
«Ինձ դիմել է Նունե Ալեքյանը, ես նամակին անմիջապես դրական պատասխան եմ տվել, բայց միեւնույն ժամանակ նրան զգուշացրել եմ՝ մինչեւ, որ մենք ստորագրություններ կհավաքենք, առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչի Արցախը, եւ եթե Հայաստանը ճանաչած լիներ, հնարավոր է, որ Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանը նույնպես ճանաչած լիներ: Անհնար է, որ Հայաստանը չճանաչի, ու որեւէ երկիր ճանաչի Արցախը: Այս տեսանկյունից ինձ մոտ զարմանք է առաջացել՝ ինչպես Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եւ իր խումբը՝ Նունե Ալեքյան, Նուբար Աֆեյան, միթե՞ սա չեն հասկանում»,- ասել է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետը:
Իսկ ինչ է տալու այն մեզ այս փուլում հարցին, պատասխանել է. «Այս փուլում գոնե, առնվազն 5-6 երկիր կճանաչեին Արցախի անկախությունը, քանի որ Հայաստանն արդեն ճանաչել էր»: «Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ իմ շփումներից պարզ է դարձել՝ նրանք ասում են՝ կամ պետք է Արցախը անկախ պետություն լինի, կամ պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում, երրորդ ճանապարհ չկա. Ադրբեջանի կազմում հայերը այնտեղ չեն ապրելու»,- շարունակել է պարոն Բագրատյանը:
«Ադրբեջանն այս հարձակումով կարմիր գիծն անցավ, այլեւ կամուրջներ չկան»,- շարունակել է նա:
Այս փուլում արդեն արցախցիների գոյության հարցն է, ի՞նչ պետք է անի Արցախի խորհրդարանը, գուցե Հայաստանի ճանաչելուց հետո Արցախի ԱԺ-ն դիմի Ռուսաստանին միավորվելու համար հարցին, պատասխանել է. «Դա նույնպես պետք է անեն, Արցախի ԱԺ-ն պետք է դիմի Ռուսաստանին ՌԴ-ի կազմի մեջ մտնելու համար, դա արդեն Արցախի խորհրդարանի գործն է»:
Իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները համաձայնություն կտա՞ն. «ՀՀ իշխանությունները լավ կլիներ կառավարեին, նրանք չեն անում այդ ադեկվատ քայլը եւ դա էլ առաջ է բերում երրորդ հարցը՝ առնվազն պետք է տեղի ունենա կառավարության հրաժարականը, ստեղծվի ռազմական կոմիտե, որը կղեկավարի հանրապետությունը»: Դիտարկմանը, թե արդյո՞ք դրա համար նախադրյալներ կան, Բագրատյանն ընդգծել է. «Նախադրյալը ո՞րն է, դա միական ճանապարհն է, որ կարող ենք փրկվել, ի՞նչ նախադրյալ»:
Ընդդիմադիր ուժերը հավաքվում են, ինչ-որ բաներ են քննարկում, կոնկրետ քայլեր կա՞ն. «Չեմ ուզում ոչինչ խոսել»:
