SOCIETY«Բայրակթարները» Թուրքիան Արդբեջանին է հանձնել առանց վճարի, միայն վճարովի ծառայություններ չէ, որ եղել են։ Այս մասին Առաջին ալիքի եթերում հայտարարել է ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում մենք տեսնում ենք ահռելի միջոցների ներդրում, որպեսզի տեխնոլոգիական առավելությունը լինի իրենց կողմում։ Նման սպառազինությունները արժեն շատ մեծ գումարներ։ Եկեք նայենք, թե տասնյակ տարիներ Ադրեբջանը ինչ բյուջե նախատեսել, մենք ինչ բյուջե ենք նախատեսել։ Վերջին 2 տարում ավելի շատ նորարարական, տեխնոլոգիական, ժամանակակից զենք է մտել բանակ, քան վերջին 10 տարում։ 2018, 2019, 2020 թվականների ընթացքում, բոլորը գիտեն դրա մասին։ ՏՈՐ-երը, ՍՈւ-30-ները ու լիքը բաներ, որոնց մասին չենք ասում։ ՀՕՊ սպառազինության համար Իգլա-Ս-ները։ Դրանք կատարվել են 2016-ի ապրիլյանից հետո և ավելի շատ 2018,2019 թվականներին։ Ես չեմ տանում քաղաքական դաշտ, հարց են տալիս։ Փաստը այն է, որ 2018-ին և 2019-ին ավելի շատ ենք զինվել, քան երբևէ»,-նշել է նա։
Նաև նաև նշել է, որ այսօր «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի կողմից հավաքված 150 միլիոն դոլարը 4-5 հատ ՏՈՐ-ի գին է, Ադրբեջանը այդ գումարը ծախսում է 2-3 օրվա ընթացքում․ «ՀՀ-ն սպառազինվել է իր հնարավորությունների չափով, ինչ է, մենք չէինք ուզենա 10 միլիարդ գումար ունենալ ու տանեինք ինչ-որ զենքներ առնեինք, բայց ՀՀ-ի տնտեսական հնարավորությունը այսպիսին է»։
