ՄԻՊ արտահերթ զեկույցը` Դավիթ Բեկ և Ագարակ գյուղերի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ հակառակորդի հարձակումների վերաբերյալ

Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզի Դավիթ Բեկ և Ագարակ գյուղերի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի հարձակումների վերաբերյալ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն արտահերթ զեկույց է հրապարակել:

Դավիթ Բեկ և Ագարակ համայնքների բնակիչների Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ուղղված ահազանգերը համայնքների վարչակազմերի հետ քննարկումներն ու փաստահավաք աշխատանքները գյուղերում հաստատել են, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի հարձակումներն իրական վտանգ են խաղաղ բնակիչների համար, արձանագրվել են այդ հարձակումներով նրանց կյանքի, առողջության, սեփականության և այլ իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներ։

Ինչպես արձանագրված է զեկույցում, ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակումների արդյունքում վնասվել է 38 բնակելի տուն, 2 գոմ, 20 խոշոր եղջերավոր անասուն, 5 տրանսպորտային միջոց: Վնասվել են նաև գյուղի գերեզմանաքարերը: Զոհվել է 1 քաղաքացիական անձ, իսկ 2-ը վիրավորվել են (նրանցից մեկը՝ լուրջ վնասվածքներով):

Ագարակ գյուղում հրետանային հարձակումների արդյունքում վնասվել են քաղաքացիական տներ և ենթակառուցվածքներ: Վնասվել են նաև գյուղի մասնավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցները և այլ գույք: 2 խաղաղ բնակիչ ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Վաղն առավոտյան զեկույցն ամբողջական տեսքով կլինի նաև Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնական կայքում:
