Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը իսպանացի պատգամավորին է ներկայացրել Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի հետևանքները

Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ընդունել է Իսպանիայի պատգամավոր Ջոն Ինիարիտուին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից:

 

«Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանը նոյեմբերի 5-ին ընդունել է Արցախ այցելած՝ Իսպանիայի Պատգամավորների կոնգրեսի անդամ Ջոն Ինիարիտուին և մի խումբ արտասահմանյան լրագրողների:

 

Պաշտպանը նրանց է ներկայացրել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի հետևանքները, ինչպես նաև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք առաքելության ընթացքում հավաքագրված փաստերը՝ Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վայրագությունների և պատերազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ:

 

Պաշտպանն ընդգծել է, որ տարիների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի մեկուսացումը և միջազգային հանրության խրախուսող անգործությունն այդ ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի համար անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ են ձևավորել: Ադրբեջանը բացահայտ թիրախավորում է քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերն ու խաղաղ բնակչությանը, անմարդկային վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերում հայ ռազմագերիների ու դիակների նկատմամբ՝ վստահ լինելով, որ միջազգային հանրությունը կրկին համարժեք չի արձագանքելու այդ պատերազմական հանցագործություններին: Ուստի, անհրաժեշտ է, որ միջազգային կազմակերպություններն ու իրավապաշտպան համայնքն օր առաջ ներկայացված լինի Արցախում և լիարժեքորեն իրականացնի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության իր առաքելությունը:

 

Իսպանացի պատգամավոր Ջոն Ինիարիտուն նշել է, որ աջակցում է Արցախի ժողովրդի պայքարին և պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Իսպանիայում և ԵՄ տարբեր քաղաքական հարթակներում բարձրաձայնելու Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների անվերապահ պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտության մասին»,-ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
