Արցախյան պատերազմ՝ օր 40. ինչ իրավիճակ է ճակատներում. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Արցախում սկսված պատերազմից անցել է 40 օրից ավելի: Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հրահրված պատերազմից մինչև օրս Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների հետևանքով ոչ միայն զոհեր և վիրավորներ կան նաև քաղացիական բնակչության շրջանում, այլև հրետակոծությունների և քիմիական տարր պարունակող ֆոսֆորային ռումբերի կիրառման հետևանքով առաջացել են բնապահպանական խնդիրներ։ Այսպես, պատերազմի ավելի քան 40 օրերի ընթացքում Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում, նախնական տվյալներով, ոչնչացվել է ավելի քան 1800 հեկտար անտառածածկ տարածք։
Այս պահին առկա տվյալներով՝ ՀՀ և ԱՀ տարածքում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, վնասվել է ավելի քան 2000 հա անտառածածկ և բուսածածկ տարածք, այդ թվում՝ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքներում։ Բացի այդ, վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանը սկսեց ակտիվորեն կիրառել նաև բնապահպանական լրջագույն ռիսկեր առաջացնող, քիմիական տարր պարունակող ֆոսֆորային զինատեսակներ, որոնք կարող են ոչ միայն անդառնալի հետևանքներ ունենալ մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա, այլև աղետալի ազդեցություն՝ շրջակա միջավայրի համար։ Հոկտեմբերի 4-ի տվյալների համաձայն՝ հայկական կողմը քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում ունի 50 զոհ, 178 վիրավոր, վնասվել է 19 հազար շինություն:
Իսկ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է դիվանագիտական ճակատում. մասնավորապես Եվրոպայում Արցախի ճանաչման շքերթ է, սակայն առայժմ՝ ՏԻՄ մակարդակով:
Եվրոպական տարբեր պետությունների շրջաններ, քաղաքներ ճանաչում են Արցախի անկախությունը՝ Իտալիա, Ֆրանսիա, Բելգիա, Իսպանիա:
Իսկ այժմ՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի կորուստների մասին. Ադրբեջանը սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մինչ օրս կորցրել է 7405 կենդանի ուժ, 257 ԱԹՍ, 16 ուղղաթիռ, 25 ինքնաթիռ, 736 զրահատեխնիկա, 6 ՏՈՍ»,-գրում է թերթը:
