Դեռ երկու տարի առաջ, երբ նոր էր տրված Մարտի 1-ի գործի մեկնարկը, ու բոլորը ոգևորված էին, մանավանդ՝ ոճրագործության բացահայտված լինելու մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բարձրագոչ հայտարարությունից հետո, մի քանի անգամ անդրադարձել եմ խնդրի, որը միանշանակ չի ընդունվել շատերի կողմից։

Ասել եմ ու կրկնում եմ՝ զիվորականությունը քաղաքական իշխանության հրամանները կատարելու համար է(ուսադիր ունեցող մարդիկ չեն կարող քննարկել իշխանության որոշումների օրինականությունը) ու չի կարելի Մարտի 1-ի գործով դատել Խաչատուրովին ու Օհանյանին, որովհետև նրանք ոչ թե որոշում կայացնող են եղել, այլ մարդիկ, ովքեր կամ պետք է կատարեին քաղաքական իշխանության որոշումները կամ լքեին ԶՈւ-երը։
Հիմա հետաքրքիր է՝ ինձ ժամանակին քարկոծողները, Սեյրան Օհանյանի ամբաստանյալի կարգավիճակով հրճվողները, որոնց թիվն այս իշխանության մեջ քիչ չէ, վատ չե՞ն զգում, չե՞ն ամաչում իրենց վարքագծի համար, երբ գեներալ Օհանյանն այս օրերին կրկին հերոսանում է Շուշիի պաշտպանության կազմակերպման գործընթացում։
