Իշխանություններն առաջարկում են ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարել, որոնց համաձայն՝ կխստացվեն ռազմական դրության իրավական ռեժիմի ընթացքում տեղեկությունների հրապարակման կամ տարածման կանոնները խախտելը։ NEWS.am-ի հավաստի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ երկուշաբթի՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ է հրավիրվելու, որում քննարկվելու է այս օրինագիծը։

Օրինագծի 307․4 հոդվածով առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների և լրացումների՝ ռազմական դրության իրավական ռեժիմի ընթացքում տեղեկությունների հրապարակման կամ տարածման կանոններըը խախտելը, որն էական վնաս է պատճառել անձանց կամ կազմակերպությունների իրավունքներին կամ օրինական շահերին կամ հասարակության կամ պետության օրինական շահերին, եթե բացակայում է սույն օրենսգրքի 307․5-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշները՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհազարապատիկից երեքհազարապատիկի չափով կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով՝ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա։

2.Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 182.5-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ կամ 6-րդ մասով սահմանված վարչական տույժի կիրառումից հետո նույն արարքը կատարելը կամ նույն օրենսգրքի 182.5-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասով սահմանված արարքի համար վարչական տույժի կիրառումից հետո հրապարակումը դիտավորյալ չվերացնելը, եթե բացակայում են սույն օրենսգրքի 307.5-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշները՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հազարապատիկի երկուհազարապատիկի չափով, կամ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկվելով՝ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով:

Օրինագծի 307․5 հոդվածով առաջարկվում է՝

Ռազմական դրության իրավական ռեժիմի ընթացքում պետական պաշտպանության կամ անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված քարոզչությունը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհազարապատիկից երեքհազարապատիկի չափով, կամ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ երկուսից յոթ տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ մեկից հինգ տարի ժամկետով։

Սույն հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված արարքը, որն էական վնաս է պատճառել անձանց կամ կազմակերպությունների իրավունքներին կամ օրինական շահերին կամ հասարակության կամ պետության օրինական շահերին՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով՝ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա։
