Նոյեմբերի 7-ին և լույս 8-ի գիշերը փոփոխական ինտենսիվությամբ մարտերը շարունակվել են ճակատային գծի բոլոր ուղղություններում: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Շուշան Ստեփանյանը։
Առավել համառ գործողություններ են ծավալվել Շուշիի մերձակայքում և հարավարևելյան հատվածում: ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումները թշնամուն հասցրել են թիրախային հարվածներ` հետ մղելով առաջխաղացման բազմակի փորձերը:
Տարբեր ուղղություններում ծավալված մարտերի ընթացքում ոչնչացվել է թշնամու մեծաթիվ կենդանի ուժ, 4 տանկ, 20 միավոր այլ զրահատեխնիկա, 11 միավոր ավտոտեխնիկա, 2 ԱԹՍ:
Մարտական գործողություններին զուգահեռ հակառակորդը հրթիռահրետանային համակարգերվ թիրախավորել է նաև մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը և Շուշին: Վնասվել են քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ:
Լուսադեմին դիտարկվել են հակառակորդի տեխնիկայի և անձնակազմի կուտակումներ ճակատային գծի հարավարևելյան և հյուսիսարևելյան հատվածներում:
Բանակային ստորաբաժանումները վերահսկում են օպերատիվ-մարտավարական իրադրությունը և քայլեր են ձեռնարկում կրակային խոցման ուղղությամբ:
