Քննչական ծառայությունն իր վարույթ է ընդունել հանրաքվեի իրավունքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքով քրեական գործը

Նյութապես շահագրգռելով՝ քաղաքացու հանրաքվեի իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը առերևույթ խոչընդոտելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հարուցված քրեական գործն ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին news.am էլեկտրոնային կայքում հրապարակված «Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն անցնում է կեղծիքներով» վերտառությամբ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը Ազատության հրապարակում հայտարարել է, որ ի թիվս այլ խախտումների, արձանագրվել է նաև թիվ 7/33 տեղամասի դիմաց կայանված «ԳԱԶել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում քաղաքացին երին գումար բաժանելու դեպք:
Նշված գործով կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
