Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների նորընտիր նախագահ Ջո Բայդենին: Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

Համոզված եմ, որ երկարամյա քաղաքական ու օրենսդիր գործունեության ընթացքում ձեռք բերած հարուստ փորձառությունը և գիտելիքները կուղեկցեն Ձեզ` բարօրության և առաջընթացի ճանապարհով Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու նրա ժողովրդին առաջնորդելու Ձեր գործունեության մեջ:
Ձեր գործունեության ընթացքում դուք մեծ ներդրում եք կատարել հայ-ամերիկյան բարեկամության և փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում: Հայ ժողովուրդը բարձր է գնահատում Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և իր իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում Ձեր կողմից ցուցաբերած սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը:
Հավատացած եմ, որ Ձեր նախագահության ընթացքում հայ-ամերիկյան երկկողմ հարաբերությունները, որոնք խարսխված են ընդանուր ժողովրդավարական արժեքների վրա, կշարունակեն վերելք ապրել՝ մեր պետությունների միջև առկա ռազմավարական երկխոսության մակարդակին համահունչ:
Անշուշտ այդ գործընթացում իր անգնահատելի ներդրումն ունի նաև ամերիկահայությունը, որը կապող կամուրջ է հանդիսանում մեր երկրների միջև։
Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է ԱՄՆ-ի դերակատարումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործում` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ: Ինչպես տեղյակ եք, ավելի քան մեկ ամիս է ինչ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, արհամարհելով համանախագահողների՝ հրադադար հաստատելու բոլոր ջանքերը, շարունակում են համատեղ ագրեսիան Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանդեպ` ներգրավելով օտարերկրյա ահաբեկիչների:
Այդ կապակցությամբ ողջունում եմ խնդրի հանգուցալուծումը բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու Ձեր տեսլականը, որն արտահայտել եք որպես նախագահի թեկնածու:
Լիահույս եմ, որ Ձեր վարչակազմը գործուն քայլեր կձեռնարկի պատերազմի դադարեցման և խնդրի համապարփակ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ, որի հիմքում պետք է ընկած լինեն Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովումը նրա ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման միջոցով:
