Հայկական զինված ուժերի մասին գումարի դիմաց Ադրբեջանին տեղեկություններ տված անձը կալանավորվել է․ ԱԱԾ

Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի արտաքին անվտանգության, զինված ուժերի եւ ռազմական մի շարք գաղտնիքների մասին վարձատրության դիմաց ադրբեջանական հետախուզական ծառայություններին տեղեկություններ փոխանցած ՀՀ քաղաքացի Մ․ Ս․-ն կալանավորվել է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության մամուլի կենտրոնից։
Մամուլի կենտրոնից նշեցին, որ անձին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 299-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (պետական դավաճանություն)։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից ձեռք են բերվել բավարար տվյալներ այն մասին, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Մ.Ս.-ն, 2015թ. ընթացքում գտնվելով Թուրքիայի Ստամբուլ քաղաքում, հայտնվելով այդ երկրում գործունեություն ծավալած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական ծառայությունների տեսադաշտում եւ հավաքագրվելով վերջիններիս աշխատակիցների կողմից, Հայաստան վերադառնալուց հետո՝ 2019 թ. ընթացքում, առաջարկ է ստացել գումարի դիմաց Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի արտաքին անվտանգության, զինված ուժերի, սպառազինությունների մասին տեղեկություններ ձեռք բերելու կամ արդեն իսկ իրեն հասանելի դարձած տեղեկատվությունը փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ, այդ թվում` բանակի անձնակազմի, զենքի, զինամթերքի, զինտեխնիկայի քանակի եւ տեսակի, զորամասերի եւ դրանց հրամանատարական կազմի, պաշտպանական շրջանների, ինժեներական կառույցների, սարքավորումների, իսկ վերջին շրջանում՝ նաեւ մարդկային կորուստների եւ այլնի վերաբերյալ, որն ընդունելով՝ լրտեսության եղանակով իրականացրել է տրված առաջադրանքները եւ դրա դիմաց որպես վարձատրություն ստացել տարբեր չափերի գումարներ։
Ընդ որում, որոշակի առաջադրանքներ կատարելու համար Մ.Ս.-ն, շարունակելով իր հանցավոր մտադրության իրականացումը, կրկնակի բժշկական հետազոտության միջոցով վերացրել է զինվորական ծառայությանը խոչընդոտող սահմանափակումները, միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել ծառայության անցնելու ՀՀ ԶՈւ-երում՝ այդ եղանակով կրկին տեղեկություններ հավաքագրելու եւ թշնամական գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար այլ պետությանը փոխանցելու նպատակով, ինչը սակայն նրան չի հաջողվել, քանի որ պատկան մարմինների կողմից մերժվել է նրան աշխատանքի ընդունելու դիմումը:
