Ռուսաստանի կողմից Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ համատեղ Սիրիայում կարգավորման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները ցույց են տալիս իրենց արդյունավետությունը. միջազգային ահաբեկչության օջախն այնտեղ փաստացի չեզոքացվել է: Այս մասին երկուշաբթի հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար ալ-Ասադի հետ հանդիպմանը, որը տեղի է ունեցել տեսակոնֆերանսի ռեժիմով, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Պուտինը շեշտել է, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է բուռն ջանքեր գործադրել «Սիրիայի Հանրապետությունում երկարաժամկետ կարգավորմանը նպաստելու, դրա ինքնիշխանությունը, անկախությունը, միասնությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու համար»:

«Այս կապակցությամբ չի կարելի չնշել Իրանից եւ Թուրքիայից մեր գործընկերների մասնակցությամբ իրականացված արդյունավետ աշխատանքը Աստանայի ձեւաչափի շրջանակներում,- նշել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը:- Համատեղ ջանքերով մենք կարողացանք շատ բանի հասնել. Սիրիայում միջազգային ահաբեկչության օջախը փաստացիորեն վերացվել է»:

Բացի այդ, ըստ Պուտինի, Սիրիայում «բռնության մակարդակը նկատելիորեն իջեցվել է, խաղաղ կյանք է հաստատվում, եւ ներառական քաղաքական գործընթաց է ընթանում ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո»:

Փախստականների վերադարձը Սիրիա

Խաղաղության հաստատումը Սիրիայի մեծ մասում պայմաններ է ստեղծում փախստականների զանգվածային վերադարձի համար, ասել է Պուտինը:
«Հիմա, երբ Սիրիայի մեծ մասում խաղաղություն եւ հանգստություն է տիրում, լավ հնարավորություն կա փախստականների զանգվածային վերադարձը տուն ապահովելու համար»,- ասել է ՌԴ ղեկավարը:

Պուտինը շեշտել է այս գործընթացի` «բնականոն հունով, առանց պարտադրանքի» ընթանալու կարեւորությունը: «Յուրաքանչյուր սիրիացի պետք է ինքնուրույն որոշում կայացնի` հավաստի տեղեկատվություն ստանալով իր հայրենիքում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին, այդ թվում` Սիրիայի ղեկավարության` Ձեր, պարոն նախագահ, կողմից խաղաղ կյանքի հաստատման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված քայլերի վերաբերյալ»,- ամփոփել է Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդը` դիմելով Բաշար Ասադին:

Պուտինը նշել է, որ ավելի քան 6.5 միլիոն փախստական է մնում Սիրիայի սահմաններից դուրս, նրանց մեծ մասը կարող էր մասնակցել երկրի վերակառուցման աշխատանքներին:

Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդի խոսքով` «այս փուլում հիմնարար նշանակություն ունի Սիրիայի հետկոնֆլիկտային վերակառուցման խնդիրը եւ առաջին հերթին` սիրիացի փախստականների եւ ներքին տեղահանվածների հայրենիք վերադարձը»:

«Այսօր, ցավոք, ավելի քան վեց ու կես միլիոն փախստական կա Սիրիայից դուրս,- ասել է Պուտինը:- Նրանց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը աշխատունակ քաղաքացիներ է, ովքեր կարող էին եւ պետք է մասնակցեն իրենց երկրի վերականգնմանը»:
