Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության ուժային կարգավորում չկա, Մոսկվան չի կիսում այդ հարցով Անկարայի տեսակետը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան:

«Մենք շատ հստակ բնորոշել ենք ԼՂ հարցով մեր մոտեցումը՝ խոսելով այն մասին, որ այդ հակամարտությունն ուժային, ռազմական կարգավորում չունի: Ինչպես բազմիցս լսել եք, Անկարան այդ առումով այլ հայտարարություններ է արել: Կարող եմ միայն վերահաստատել ռուսական կողմի տեսակետը. մեր երկիրը չի աջակցում կարգավորման ուժային տարբերակին: Կողմերին մարտական գործողությունների շուտափույթ դադարեցման կոչ ենք անում եւ ձգտում ենք հասնել դրան»,-ասել է նա «Էխո Մոսկվի» ռադիոկայանի եթերում:

Զախարովան նաև ասել է. որ Ռուսաստանը շատ ակտիվ մասնակցում է ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը:

«Կարող եմ ասել, որ Ռուսաստանը ծրագրում է էլ ավելի ակտիվ մասնակցել ոչ թե հակամարտությանը, այլ դրա կարգավորմանը: Տվյալ դեպքում, անկեղծ ասած, ինձ թվում է, որ Ռուսաստանը շատ ակտիվ մասնակցում է կարգավորմանը»,-ասել է նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան օգտագործում է բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որպեսզի «իրավիճակը կարգավորվի, եւ կողմերը նստեն բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ»: «ՌԴ գործողությունները ցույց են տվել, որ հնարավոր է համաձայնության մշակում բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ եւ համաձայնեցված կոնսենսուսային հայտարարությունների ընդունում: Եվ կարեւոր է, որ այդ փորձն ամրապնդվի եւ իրագործվի: Ոչ ոք չէր հավատում, որ կողմերը կարող են համաձայնության հասնել, եւ Ռուսաստանը ցույց տվեց, որ միջնորդական ջանքերի շնորհիվ դա հնարավոր է»,-հավելել է Զախարովան:
