2,5 տարի շարունակ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ փակուղի մտցրեց բանակցային գործընթացը անզգույշ հայտարարություններով, ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։

«Այս հայտարարությունները թուլացրեցին հայկական կողմի դիրքերը բանակցություններում։ Նրա կողմակիցները միակողմանի խաղաղասիրության քարոզներ էին իրականացնում նույն այն ժամանակ, երբ Էրդողանն ու Ալիևը շքերթներ ու պատերազմի կոչեր էին անում։

Պատերազմի 44 օրերի ընթացքում իշխանությունները թվացյալ հաղթական կոչերով, թե՝ հաղթելու ենք, ամեն ինչ լավ է լինելու, հասցրեցին նրան, որ ստորագրվեց հայտարարություն, որը կապիտուլյացիայի ակտ է։ Որևէ քննարկվող փաստաթուղթ՝ սկսած 90-ական թավականներից, նման տխուր և ոչ հայանպաստ լուծումներ չէր պարունակում։ Որևէ փաստաթղթում չկար նախկին ԼՂԻՄ տարածքների վերադարձ Ադրբեջանին», - հայտարարեց Շարմազանովը։

 

Նա նշեց, թե այս հանգրվանին հայ ժողովուրդը հասել է այսօրվա իշխանության ապաշնորհ կառավարման հետևանքով։

«Հանդիպումներ ենք ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, դրանք փակ են եղել, բայց մեր մտահոգությունները ներկայացրել ենք նրան։ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ես ասել եմ, որ այս ամենի քաղաքական պատասխանատուն ինքն է։ Այս դավադրական գործարքը տեղի ունեցավ ժողովրդից ծածուկ, առանց ժողովրդի հետ քննարկելու։ Նույնիսկ պատերազմից առաջ թուրքերն ու ադրբեջանցիները չէին կարող երազել նման ավարտի մասին», - հայտարարեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
