«Կողմերը դրա մասին չեն պայմանավորվել». Պեսկովը մեկնաբանել է Ալիևի՝ ԼՂ-ում թուրք խաղաղապահների տեղակայման մասին հայտարարությունը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի շուրջ եռակողմ հայտարարությունում նշված չէ այդ տարածքում թուրք զինվորականների տեղակայման մասին։ Ինչպես գրում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«Այդ մասին հրապարակված հայտարարության տեքստում որևէ խոսք չկա։ Կողմերը դրա մասին չեն պայմանավորվել։ Թուրք զինվորականների գտնվելը Ղարաբաղ համաձայնեցված չէ», - ասել է Պեսկովը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում կրակի դադարեցման պայմանների մշտադիտարկման կենտրոնի ստեղծման մասին իսկապես խոսվել է, սակայն խոսքը եղել է ադրբեջանական տարածքների մասին։ Այսպես Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը մեկնաբանել է  Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ թուրք խաղաղապահները ռուսների հետ մեկտեղ կտեղակայվեն ԼՂ-ում:

Պատասխանելով հստակեցնող հարցին, թե արդյոք ադրբեջանական տարածքներ ասելով նկատի ունի  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքները, Պեսկովը պատասխանել է. «Ոչ, դա Ղարաբաղը չէ»։

Մեկնաբանելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ կետերի բացակայությունը՝ Պեսկովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հայտարարությունում չի հստակեցվում շրջանի կարգավիճակը և պետք է հիմնվել միջազգային ակտերի և ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձևերի վրա։

«Այս փաստաթղթում չի խոսվում Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի մասին: Ներկայում մենք շարունակում ենք հիմնվել միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր համապատասխան հիմնական ակտերի, նախևառաջ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ համապատասխան բանաձևերի և այլ փաստաթղթերի վրա»,- նշել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը:

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան չեն մասնակցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում համաձայնության հասնելու գործընթացին:

«Դա եռակողմ հայտարարություն է»,-ասել է Պեսկովը` պատասխանելով հարցին այն մասին, թե արդյոք Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ն մասնակցել են համաձայնության հասնելու գործընթացին:
