«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է .

Երբ երեկ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու մասին հայտարարություն է ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, մայրաքաղաք Երեւանի տարբեր կետերում բողոքի ակցիաներ սկսվեցին, որոնք շատ արագ անկարգությունների վերածվեցին:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջող ցուցարարները նախ հարձակվեցին Կառավարության շենքի վրա՝ ապակիները կոտրելով ու վնասելով գույքը։ Նման մի հարձակում եղավ նաեւ կառավարական առանձնատների հարակից տարածքում, եւ ականատեսների խոսքով՝ հենց այդ հատվածում Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը դաժան ծեծի է ենթարկվել ցուցարարների կողմից:

Ազգային ժողովում նույնպես անհանգիստ էր, ցուցարարները մտել էին նիստերի դահլիճ, որոշներն էլ պատգամավորների սենյակներն էին հերթով տակնուվրա անում՝ բաժակներ կոտրելով, հագուստ պատռելով, փաստաթղթեր ցաքուցրիվ անելով, դարակները քրքրելով։

Այսպիսով, երեկ Արցախի հարցում որոշման հետ զուգահեռ պարալիզացվեց կառավարության եւ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքը: Երեկ ամբողջ օրը թե՛ կառավարության, թե՛ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակիցները, պատգամավորները եւ կառավարության անդամներն այդպես էլ չայցելեցին աշխատանքի վայր, քանի որ այդ պահի համար նման քայլը կարող էր վտանգավոր լինել՝ հաշվի առնելով ցուցարարների տրամադրությունները:

Սակայն երեկվա իրադարձություններից ակնհայտ է, որ նման դեպքերը կարող են դեռ շարունակվել, իսկ դա էլ նշանակում է, որ օրենսդիրի եւ գործադիրի աշխատանքը կասկածի տակ է դրվում:

Բացի այդ, առհասարակ այժմ, կարծես թե, դժվարություններ են առկա առաջին հերթին հենց իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների համար, որոնց հանդեպ այժմ անհանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ է, եւ ամենեւին էլ միայն Արարատ Միրզոյանը չէ թիրախում եղել, նրա փոխարեն կարող էր լինել ցանկացած այլ պատգամավոր»:
