«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու մասին հայտարարություն է ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ:

Այն մի քանի կետ էր ենթադրում, այդ թվում՝ կարճ ժամկետներում տարածքների վերադարձ: Սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ գիշերը հրապարակված նախնական տեքստից հետո արդեն երեկ ցերեկը հրապարակվեց եւս մեկ տեքստ, եւ նկատենք, որ նախորդ տեքստի համեմատ՝ մի փոքր տարբերություններ են առկա: Եվ նոր տեքստը հրապարակված է եղել Կրեմլի կայքում:

Օրինակ՝ ի սկզբանե 2-րդ կետն ունեցել է հետեւյալ տեսքը. «Աղդամի շրջանն ու տարածքները, որոնք Հայաստանն է պահում, վերադարձվում են Ադրբեջանին նոյեմբերի 20-ին»։

Իսկ երեկ Կրեմլի տարածած հաղորդագրության երկրորդ կետում ասվում է. «Աղդամի շրջանը վերադարձվում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանը մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 20-ը»:

Առաջին տեքստի վեցերորդ կետում անդրադարձ էր կատարվում Լաչինի հատվածին՝ ասելով. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը Քելբաջարի շրջանը կվերադարձնի Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանը մինչեւ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 15-ը, իսկ Լաչինի շրջանը՝ մինչեւ 2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ը` թողնելով Լաչինի միջանցքը (5 կմ լայնությամբ), ինչը կապահովի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կապը Հայաստանի հետ»։

Իսկ նոր տեքստում ասվում է, որ այդ միջանցքը կշրջանցի Շուշին եւ կլինի ռուս խաղաղապահների հսկողության ներքո»:
