INTERVIEW
Past.am-ը զրուցել է տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանի հետ՝ կապված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների, գալիք տարվա բյուջեի և այլ հարցերի մասին:
-Այսօր Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է 2.2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ: Ձեր կարծիքով՝ այն իրատեսակա՞ն է:
-Իհարկե, դա մեծ աճ չէ: Շատ զուսպ աճ է: Կասկած չունեմ, որ մենք կարող ենք դրան հասնել, իհարկե, եթե արտառոց ոչինչ չկատարվի:
-Իսկ բյուջեի եկամուտներն ինչո՞ւ են պակասել:
-Պայմանավորված է աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակով, միջազգային շուկայի վայրիվերումներով, ինչպես նաև հզոր երկրների միջև ծագած ոչ ցանկալի դրությամբ: Դա մեծ կամ փոքր ազդեցություն թողնում է Հայաստանի վրա: Հաջորդ տարին կլինի այս տարվա գործընթացների իներցիոն շարունակությունը, եթե ավելի շատ չսրվի: Հնարավոր չէր ավելի մեծ ցուցանիշներ ներկայացնել, բայց այս բյուջեն ռիսկեր չի պարունակում:
-Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում: Այն օրինակա՞ն անցավ:
-Ես դրա մասին չեմ ուզում խոսել: Ամբողջ աշխարհը գիտի: Ուզում եմ ասել՝ այդքան էլ թաքնված գործընթաց չէր:
-Դիտորդների գնահատականների առումով ի՞նչ կասեք:
-Ո՛չ հետևել եմ, ո՛չ նայել եմ, քանի որ դա ինձ չի հետաքրքրում:
-Ընդդիմադիր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» և՛ բյուջեի քվեարկությանը, և՛ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին կողմ է: Դա չի՞ հիասթափեցնում ընտրողներին:
-Դա իրենց հարցրեք: Ես ի՞նչ կապ ունեմ: Հանգամանքների բերումով այնպես է ստացվել, որ ես պատգամավոր չեմ: Կարծում եմ, որ շահել եմ, քանի որ այս խայտառակ իրավիճակներից հեռու եմ գտվում: Ամեն մեկն իր անձնական շահերն է հետապնդում: Բոլորը, ոչ միայն ԲՀԿ-ն: Տեսանք ֆոտոսեսիաների մասնակիցներին, փեշակ չունեցողներին: Մարդիկ ուզում են գոյատևել և ամեն բանի ունակ են:
