Վարչապետի հրաժարականը պահանջող քաղաքացիներն ու քաղաքական ուժերի ակցիան շարունակվում է Ազգային Ժողովի դիմաց:

Ակցիայի մասնակիցը նշեց, որ  փաստաթուղթը չի ընդունում և կոչ արեց, որ բոլորը միանան հանրահավաքին, որպեսզի կարողանան պայմանագիրը չեղարկել:

«Որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացի՝ կոչ եմ անում բոլոր Հայաստանում գրանցված  ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, ոտքի ելեք, խայտառակ պայմանագիրը պետք է չճանաչել: Ես դիմում եմ հասարակական կազմակերպության բոլոր նախագահներին և անդամներին, եկեք կանգնեք մի մարդու պես, չպետք է ընդունել այդ խայտառակ պայմանագիրը՝ կնքված մեկ մարդու ձեռքով, որի անունն է դավաճան»:

Ակցիայի մասնակցի խոսքով՝ վարչապետը ուներ բավական մեծ ժամանակ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մինչև ամսի 9-ը և պետք է որոշում կայացվեր՝ խորհրդակցելով ժողովրդի հետ:

«Քաջ Նազարի բախտով եկել է ու վաճառում է ոչ միայն Արցախը, նաև Հայաստանը և դա ես համարում եմ հանցագործություն: Եթե պարոն Փաշինյան, ձեր Ազգային ժողովի անդամը ծեծի է ենթարկվել, Դուք պատժում եք, բայց մի մոռացեք այն տղաներին, ում կողքին զոհվել են իրենց ընկերները, նրանք  չեն լռելու: Դուրս եկեք, պատասխան տվեք, «Իմ քայլ»-ի պատգամավորներ, դուք պարտավոր եք գալ այստեղ և ձեր խայտառակ պայմանագրի վերջը տվեք, անպատիժ չեն մնալու, պետք է պատժվեն ժողովրդի կողմից»:

Ակցիայի մեկ այլ մասնակից նշեց, որ վարչապետի հրաժարականով  կարող է չեղարկվել ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը.

«Փաշինյանը հրաժարականը շատ բան կարող է տալ, կձևավորվի ժամանակավոր Կառավարություն, որը կհայտարարի ոչ վավերական համաձայնագիրը և Փաշինյանի ստորագրությունը, կչեղարկվի և կներգրավվեն Ամերիկայի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահներին և հաշվի կառնվի հայ ժողովդրի ապրելու իրավունքը, որը համաձայնագրում հաշվի առնված չէ: Նիկել Փաշինյանը հանցագործություն է արել և պետք է պատասխան տա»:
