Ելիսեյան պալատի մամուլի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որտեղ մասնավորապես ասվում է․

«Փարիզ, 10 նոյեմբերի 2020թ․
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը երեկ երեկոյան համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ:

Այս համաձայնագիրը հաջորդում է շաբաթներ տևած մարտերին, որոնց ընթացքում Ֆրանսիան մշտապես հանձնառու է եղել բռնություններին լիովին վերջ դնելու և բանակցային ճանապարհով լուծում գտնելու հարցում:

Ֆրանսիան այժմ անցնում է համաձայնագրով նախատեսված պայմանների վերլուծությանը և ակտիվորեն կշարունակի Ռուսաստանի հետ խորհրդակցությունները՝ Հայաստանի շահերը պաշտպանող և հարգող քաղաքական կայուն լուծման հանգելու համար: Հանրապետության նախագահը շատ շուտով կապ կհաստատի նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հետ:

Ֆրանսիան խստորեն պահանջում է Թուրքիայից դադարեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ սադրանքները, զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել և չձեռնարկել այնպիսի գործողություններ, որոնք խարխլում են կողմերի միջև և Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում կայուն համաձայնության բանակցման հնարավորությունը:

Այս պահին առաջնահերթությունը պետք է մնա մարտական գործողությունների տևական ավարտը և հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը: Ֆրանսիան, այս առումով, մի քանի շաբաթ է ակտիվորեն մոբիլիզացվել է:

Հանրապետության նախագահի խնդրանքով անցյալ շաբաթ օրը Երևան ժամանեց բժշկական առաքելություն: Այն ներառում է վիրաբույժների թիմ և բժշկական սարքավորումներ:

Հինգշաբթի օրը Ելիսեյան պալատում տեղի կունենա համակարգող ժողով պետական և մասնավոր օպերատորների միջև, որպեսզի հնարավորինս ճշգրիտ արձագանք տրվի հակամարտությունից տուժածների և ողջ հայ ազգաբնակչության կարիքներին»:
