Վարդան Ոսկանյանը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վանեցյանը լինելով բարձրաստիճան սպա և տիրապետելով մարտական գործողությունների ղեկավարման առանձնահատկություններին՝ «ավելի լավ է թողներ Արցախը, բայց ոչ մի փաստաթուղթ չստորագրեր» և դրան անմիջապես հաջորդող Քարվաճառի ու Քաշաթաղի շրջաններում ամրանալու անհրաժեշտության ձևակերպմամբ, բնականաբար նկատի է ունեցել ստեղծված իրավիճակում Քարվաճառի և Քաշաթաղի տարածքների պահպանությամբ Արցախի հետագա լիակատար ազատագրումը հաջող և արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով տակտիկական նահանջի անհրաժեշտությունը, եթե բանը հասել էր նրան, որ ըստ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի, հանձնվելու էր նաև Ստեփանակերտը։

Կրկնում եմ՝ խոսքը բացառապես հայկական զորամիավորումների տակտիկական նահանջի, ռեսուրսները չփոշիացնելու, վերադասավորման և հաջող պաշտպանության ու Արցախի լիակատար ազատագրմանը միտված հակահարձակման կազմակերպման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ բնագծեր զբաղեցնելու և նախապատրաստվելու համար ժամանակ շահելու մասին էր:

Մինչդեռ կապիտուլյացիայի խայտառակ փաստաթուղթը, որ ստորագրել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը, ոչ միայն ի չիք է դարձնում այդ հնարավորությունը, այլ նաև հարցականի տակ է դնում, ըստ այդ ամոթալի փաստաթղթի, մասնատման ենթարկվող Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հատկապես հարավի հետագա անվտանգ գոյությունը՝ նաև բուն Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև մեր տարածքով կապ ապահովելու խիստ վտանգավոր պարտավորության պայմաններում:

Հ. Գ. Հայրենիք հանձնող, հայ ժողովրդին 44 օր խաբելով դավադիր հայտարարությունը գաղտնի ստորագրած վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող դավաճանին սպասարկող ֆեյքային բանակների և քարոզչամիջոցների ղեկավարներ, դուք կարեկցանքի ու արգահատանքի եք արժանի, իսկ հայրենանվեր անձանց վարկաբեկելու ձեր խղճուկ փորձերը միանշանակորեն դատապարտված են ձախողման:
