ՀՀ ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ Սասուն Միքայելյանի հայտարարությունը

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ երկրապահ ջոկատներն առաջիններից էին, որ կրեցին հայրենիքի սահմանների պաշտպանության, երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման ծանր պատասխանատվությունը: Իրենց ուսերին տանելով պատերազմի մեծ բաժինը, երկրապահ կամավորականները, կանոնավոր բանակի բացակայության պայմաններում, կանգնեցին հայրենի հողի պաշտպանության դիրքերում եւ Հաղթական փառքով պսակեցին 90-ականների պարտադրված այդ պատերազմը` ԵԿՄ հավերժ նախագահ, Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ ազատագրելով ամբողջ Արցախ աշխարհը:
Ադրբեջանա-թուրք-ահաբեկչական պարտադրված պատերազմի այս օրերին էլ Երկրապահ կամավորականներն առաջին իսկ օրից համախմբված վաշտերով ռազմաճակատում էին, իրենից սերված մեր փառապանծ բանակի, զինվորի հետ առաջնագծում էին: Ավելի քան 3500 երկրապահ՝ հերթափոխով, այս օրերին մարտնչում էր Արցախի եւ ՀՀ սահմանների պաշտպանության համար: Ցավոք մեր շարքերն էլ նոսրացան. այդ 44 օրերի ընթացքում Երկրապահը 69 զոհ տվեց, ունենք 2 անհայտ կորած, 1 գերի, 74 վիրավոր:
Խոնարհվում եմ որդեկորույս մայրերի առջեւ: Հպարտանում եմ Ձեզանով, Ձեր քաջ զավակներով: Մենք այս օրերին տեսանք թե ինչ սերունդ եք դուք դաստիարակել՝ քաջ, անվախ եւ, որ ամենակարեւորն է՝ հայրենասեր:
Մենք՝ երկրապահներս թերեւս ամենամեծ ցավն ենք ապրում ստեղծված իրավիճակում, սակայն չենք տրվում սադրանքների, խուճապի չենք մատնվում եւ չենք փորձում ուրախացնել մեր թշնամուն ներքաղաքական անկայունությամբ: Դարերի պատմություն ունեցող մեր ազգի ամենամեծ սխալը, ամենամեծ ամոթալի էջը կլինի, եթե մենք չսթափվենք եւ չսկսենք համախմբված ու միասնական գործել: Այն դուխով, որ ԱԺ դահլիճն էիք ջարդում, այ հենց էդ դուխով, եթե զինվորի կողքին կանգնեիք պատկերը լիովին այլ կլիներ:
Մենք դեռ պատերազմի մեջ ենք, պահպանե՛ք հանգստություն: Եթե տրվենք քաղաքական սադրանքների մենք ավելի մեծ կորուստների առջեւ կկանգնենք:
Ես հպարտանում եմ մեր բանակով, մեր հերոս զինվորներով, կամավորներով: Ես հպարտանում եմ Երկրապահներով՝ իմ մարտական ընկերներով. շատերս մեր երրորդ պատերազմն անցանք:
Փա՛ռք մեր բանակին, կամավորներին, Երկրապահին,
Փա՛ռք հայրենիքի համար նահատակված քաջերին,
Փա՛ռք հերոսածին մայրերին, Հայ ազգին:
Մենք ուժեղ ենք, մենք անպարտ ենք, երբ միասնական ենք: Խնդրում եւ պահանջում եմ, եկե՛ք լինենք միասնական, լինենք մի բռունցք, ամեն ինչ դեռ առջեւում է:

Եկեք դառնանք մեր պետության ամուր հիմքերն ու հենասյունը: Մեր պատերազմը դեռ չի ավարտվել:
Եվ վերջում, կխնդրեի արցախցիներին վերադառնալ իրենց հայրենիք եւ շարունակել շենացնել այն: Մենք մեր Արցախ աշխարհը, մեր արցախցուն երբեք մենակ չենք թողել եւ չենք թողնի:
Փա՛ռք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը,
Փա՛ռք Արցախի Հանրապետությանը,
Փա՛ռք սփյուռքահայությանը»:
