Կանադացի գիտնականները մշակել են ալկոհոլը օրգանիզմից հանելու պարզ և արագ մեթոդ, որը չի պահանջում թանկարժեք սարքավորումներ։ РИА Новости գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Scientific Reports ամսագրում։

Բոլոր ալկոհոլային խմիչքներում առկա էթանոլն արյան մեջ որոշակի կոնցենտրացիայի հասնելիս սկսում է թույնի դեր կատարել՝ խաթարելով արյան շրջանառության գործառույթը, վնասելով ուղեղը և այլ օրգանները: Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ ալկոհոլային ծանր թունավորման հետևանքով տարեկան մոտ երեք միլիոն մարդ է մահանում։

Ալկոհոլի մինչև 90 տոկոսը մարդու մարմնից դուրս է գալիս լյարդի միջոցով կայուն տեմպով, որը հնարավոր չէ արագացնել: Ալկոհոլի դուրբերումը կարելի է փոքր-ինչ արագացնել դիալիզի, ներերակային հեղուկի ներարկման և թթվածնի մատակարարման միջոցով:

Տորոնտոյի համալսարանի առողջապահական ցանցի (UHN) հետազոտողները առաջարկել են ալկոհոլը հեռացնելու համար օգտագործել թոքերը: Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ գերօդափոխության ժամանակ՝ խորը և արագ շնչառության դեպքում, ալկոհոլն օրգանիզմից դուրս է գալիս երեք անգամ ավելի արագ, քան լյարդի միջոցով, և որքան ուժեղ է շնչառությունը, այնքան շատ ալկոհոլ է դուրս գալիս օրգանիզմից:

Գիտնականներին առաջ էլ ծանոթ է եղել այս հնարքը, սակայն այն շատ քիչ է օգտագործվել, քանի որ ստիպողաբար արտաշնչման ժամանակ մարդը շատ ածխաթթու գազ է կորցնում, ինչի հետ միասին դուրս է գալիս ալկոհոլը։ Իսկ արյան մեջ ածխաթթու գազի մակարդակի արագ նվազեցումն առաջացնում է գլխապտույտ, ուշագնացություն, ձեռքերում և ոտքերում թմրածություն։

Հետազոտության հեղինակները մշակել են պորտֆելի չափեր ունեցող փոքր սարք, որը թույլ է տալիս գերօդափոխության ժամանակ պահպանել պացիենտի արյան մեջ ածխաթթու գազի մակարդակը: Սարքավորումը շատ պարզ է, այն բաղկացած է սեղմված ածխաթթու գազի փոքր ռեզերվուարից, մի քանի միացնող խողովակներից, դիմակից և փականային համակարգից։ Այն չի պահաջում էլեկտրոնիկա, համակարգիչներ կամ հատուկ զտիչներ, և կարելի է պատրաստել աշխարհի ցանկացած վայրում։

Այս հետազոտության հեղինակները համարում են, որ իրենց ստեղծած կոնցեպտը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն ստեղծել ալկոհոլային ծանր թունավորման բուժման նոր մեթոդներ, այլև կօգնի նրանց, ովքեր ցանկանում են արագ զգոնանալ։

Սարքը փորձարկել են կամավորները, սակայն դրա զանգվածային արտադրության համար հարկավոր է լիակատար հետազոտություններ անցկացնել կլինիկական պայմաններում, նշում են գիտնականները։
