ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը RT հեռուստաալիքի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ձեռք բերված վերջին եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններին նշել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն առաջարկել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հակամարտության կարգավորման բանաձև, որը դեռ մի քանի տարի առաջ ընդունելը թույլ կտար խուսափել արյունահեղությունից։
Նրա խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանում ռազմական գործողությունների ծավալմանը նախորդել են «ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների և առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստանի կարգավորման որոշակի բանաձևեր առաջարկելու տարիների փորձերը»։
«Այդ բանաձևերը գոյություն ունեն, դրանք քաջ հայտնի են միջազգային բանակցային գործընթացի մասնակիցներին, սակայն, ցավոք, դրանք այս կամ այն պատճառով չեն գործել», - նշել է Պեսկովը՝ հավելելով, որ անգամ երկու տարի առաջ դրանք ընդունելը թույլ կտար խուսափել նման հետևանքներից։
