«Մեր բանակը, մեր զինվորը անհավասար ու անարդար պատերազմում կանգնեցին մինչեւ վերջ։ Նրանք միայնակ հերոսաբար կռվեցին մի քանի երկրի բանակների դեմ՝ դիմակայելով առջեւից թշնամու, թիկունքից թուլամորթների ու դավաճանների հարվածներին։
2018-ին մենք անհավասար պայքարում հաղթեցինք պետության թալանչիներին, որպես քաղաքացի ուղղեցինք մեր մեջքը, որովհետեւ հավատացինք մեր հաղթանակին ու չընկրկեցինք նրանց դիզած միլիոնների ու ուժի առաջ։
Որպես պետություն եւ ժողովուրդ մենք կուղղենք մեր մեջքը եւ կհաղթենք ամբողջ աշխարհին միայն մի պարագայում, եթե մեկ մարդու նման հավատանք մեր հաղթանակին, հաղթահարենք մեր վախերը, արմատախիլ անենք մեր միջի դավաճաններին եւ չընկրկենք ոչ մի ուժի առաջ։

Մենք որպես ժողովուրդ եւ պետություն կուղղենք մեր մեջքը։ Հայ ժողովուրդը այլեւս երբեք 1915 թիվ թույլ չի տալու, ամբողջ աշխարհի անտարբեր հայացքի ներքո չի ցեղասպանվելու»։
