ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները հետաձգել են TikTok-ի արգելքը

ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարարությունը ներկայումս չի կատարի TikTok հավելվածի արգելքը, որը պետք է ուժի մեջ մտներ հինգշաբթի` նոյեմբերի 12-ին: Այս մասին հայտնում է The Wall Street Journal-ը՝ վկայակոչելով գերատեսչության հայտարարությունը:
Հետաձգվում է օրենքի իրագործումը, որն արգելում է ԱՄՆ-ի խանութներին TikTok-ի ներբեռնումներ առաջարկելը, ասված է զեկույցում: Առևտրի դեպարտամենտը հայտարարել է, որ փակման կարգը չի գործի՝ «մինչ իրավական հետագա փոփոխությունները»:
Միացյալ Նահանգների վարչակազմը TikTok-ին մեղադրում է այն բանում, որ ծրագիրը կարող է ամերիկացիներից տվյալներ փոխանցել ՉԺՀ իշխանություններին: Այս կապակցությամբ օգոստոսին Թրամփը ստորագրեց «TikTok-ի սպառնալիքի դեմ պայքարի մասին» և «WeChat սպառնալիքի դեմ պայքարի մասին» հրամանագրերը, որտեղ նա մեկ ամիս ժամանակ տվեց՝ դադարեցնելու ByteDance-ի հետ ցանկացած գործարք: Դրանից հետո արգելքը բազմիցս երկարաձգվեց ամերիկյան ընկերությունների կողմից՝ հավելվածը գնելու քննարկումների պատճառով:
