«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ղեկավարներին ձերբակալելուց հետո դատարանները նրանց ձերբակալությունը համարեցին ոչ իրավաչափ, և նրանք ազատ արձակվեցին: Կան կարծիքներ, որ դատավորները փաստացի հրաժարվեցին կատարել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքը և ամուր կանգնեցին օրենքի ու օրինականության դիրքերում: Ուշագրավ է, որ քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ «թույլ և ոչ բավարար հիմքերով» քրեական գործերի մասին խոսեց նաև ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին պաշտոնակատար Միքայել Համբարձումյանը: Իսկ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը նշեց, որ իրեն էլ է Փաշինյանը անօրինական հրամաններ տվել, բայց ինքը չի կատարել:
«Առհասարակ, իրեն համարելով ամենալեգիտիմ իշխանությունը և ունենալով հանրության աջակցությունը՝ այս իշխանությունն ամենաշատ իրավախախտումներն է թույլ տվել: Այսչափ իրավունքի չարաշահում, իրավունքի ոտնահարում, օրենքների չկատարում, Սահմանադրության դրույթների այսչափ խախտում որևէ իշխանության օրոք ՀՀ-ում տեղի չի ունեցել»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց սահմանադրագետ Գոհար Մելոյանը, որն անդրադառնալով ընդդիմադիր գործիչների ձերբակալությանը՝ նշեց, թե, բնականաբար, սա որևէ կերպ չէր կարող առնչություն ունենալ իրավաչափության հետ, սա հանրահավաքը ճնշելու փորձ էր:
«Այնուամենայնիվ, վերջին ժամանակահատվածում մի շարք դատավորներ, ի պատիվ իրենց, կարողացել են ցույց տալ, որ անկախ ճնշումներից և քաղաքական պատվերներից, հավատարիմ են իրենց մասնագիտական որակներին»,-ասաց Մելոյանը: Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով շատ մեծ դժգոհություն կա նաև իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատակիցների շրջանում թե՛ ստորագրված համաձայնության, թե՛ իշխանությունների կողմից ստացվող հրահանգների առումով, որոնք կյանքի կոչելու համար ստիպված են ահռելի «երևակայություն» ներդնել:
