«ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է սեղմ ժամկետում Արցախի կառավարության հետ ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կզբաղվի արցախցիների՝ հայրենի բնակավայրեր վերադառնալու համար անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքների, բնակֆոնդի վերականգնման աշխատանքների կազմակերպմանը, սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումների իրականացմանն ու այլ խնդիրների գույքագրմամբ:

«Մասնավորապես, պետք է քննարկենք, թե աջակցության ինչ ծրագրեր ենք իրականացնելու նրանց համար: Բայց նաև պետք է արձանագրենք, որ մեզ համար առաջնային խնդիր է, որպեսզի նրանք այդ աջակցությունը ստանան Արցախում: Այսինքն՝ դա պետք է լինի ծրագիր, որը նպաստում է մեր հայրենակիցների՝ Արցախ վերադառնալու գործընթացին:

Այս առումով նախ եկեք արձանագրենք, թե այս ընթացքում մենք ինչ ենք արել, ինչով ենք աջակցել նրանց և առաջիկայում ինչպիսի ծրագրեր ենք նախատեսում, ինչպես ենք իրականացնելու այդ ծրագրերը»,- նշել է վարչապետը:

Նախօրեին Արցախ վերադառնալու անհրաժեշտության մասին խոսել էր երկրի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

«Խուճապի մի՛ մատնվեք, մի՛ տեղափոխեք ձեր ունեցվածքն Արցախից Հայաստան, հետ բերելու ենք, ոչ թե ստիպողաբար, այլ կամավոր, դուք եք բերելու, համոզված եք լինելու, որ Արցախում ապրելու ենք և ավելի լավ ենք ապրելու, քան այլ տեղ»,- ասել էր նա: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Ստեփանակերտում դեռ շարունակում են գտնվել քաղաքի բնակչության 20-30 տոկոսը, քանի որ, չնայած մարդկանց դուրս բերման աշխատանքներին, շատերը հրաժարվել են Հայաստան գալ և մնացել են Արցախում:

Ավելին, քաղաքի 60 տոկոսն արդեն կրկին ապահովված է էլեկտրաէներգիայով, ջրով, գազով, խանութներ ևս կան, որ աշխատում են: Ստեփանակերտում լծվել են աշխատանքի և ամեն ինչ անում են բնականոն կյանք վերադառնալու, վնասները վերականգնելու համար:

Իսկ այսօր՝ վաղ առավոտից, կգործեն անվճար ավտոբուսներ, որոնք այստեղ գտնվող արցախցիներին կտեղափոխեն: Այս պահին Արցախը վերականգնելը պետք է լինի առաջնային նպատակ»,-գրում է թերթը:
