Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտին զուգահեռ թուրքական կառավարությունը դադարեցրել է թրքամետ սիրիական խմբավորումներից վարձկանների ուղարկել Ադրբեջան՝ կռվելու ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից: Այս մասին հայտնում է Մարդու իրավունքների սիրիական դիտորդական կենտրոնը (SOHR):

Ինչպես հայտնում է կենտրոնը, միևնույն ժամանակç ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցվել են նաև Լիբիայում, որտեղից ևս սիրիացի վարձկանները վերադառնում են հայրենիք: «Այժմ հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք թուրքական կառավարությունը կդադարի օգտագործել սիրիացի վարձկաններին սեփական շահերին ծառայեցնելու համար տարածաշրջանում և միջազգային ասպարեզում, թե՞ կտեղափոխի նրանց այլ աշխարհագրական տարածք»,- ասվում է կենտրոնիի հայտարարության մեջ: 

Կենտրոնի մասնագետները վավերագրել են սիրիացի վարձկանների շրջանում գրանցված մահվան դեպքերը: Նրանց տվյալներով՝ առնվազն 789 թրքամետ սիրիացի գրոհային է սպանվել Լիբիայում և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ընթացող մարտերի ժամանակ: Նրանցից 496-ը սպանվել է Լիբիայում, 293-ը՝ Ղարաբաղում, մինչդեռ հարյուրավորները վիրավոր են:

Ըստ կենտրոնի վիճակագրության՝ թուրքերի կողմից հավաքագրված վարձկաններից Լիբիա է ուղարկվել մոտ  18 000-ը, որոնց թվում՝ 350 անչափահասներ: Նրանցից 10 750-ը վերադարձել են Սիրիա:

Ադրբեջան ուղարկված վարձկանների թիվը հասնում է 2580-ի, որոնցից 342-ը վերադարձել է Սիրիա՝ հրաժարվելով ամեն ինչից, այդ թվում ֆինանսական հասույթից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն:

Ռուս խաղաղապահների մի մասն արդեն Արցախում է։ Նոյեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերահսկման նպատակով ժամանած ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովին: Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են խաղաղապահ առաքելության կազմակերպման և իրականացման հարցեր։

Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն հայտնել էր, որ ռազմական տրանսպորտային ավիացիան 3 օրվա ընթացքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ է տեղափոխել 1103 զինծառայող և 168 միավոր տեխնիկա:
