Ու՞ր էր, թե հայը գոնե հետին խելք ունենար․ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյան

ilur.am կայքում հրապարակվել է ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի անդրադարձը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ և Հայաստանում կատարվող իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ.
Ավելի մեծ սուտ, քան «հայի հետին խելք» իմաստակությունը, երբեք գոյություն չի ունեցել, հակառակ պարագայում 1915-ի ողբերգությունից և պատմական հայրենիքի կորստից հետո հայ ժողովուրդը նոր ողբերգությունների չէր ենթարկվի։ Դժբախտաբար վերջին պատուհասից հետո անգամ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններն ու դրանց ուղեկցող արձագանքներն էլ ցույց են տալիս, որ մենք դատապարտված ենք «հայի հետին խելք» առասպելից չձերբազատվելու ախտին։ Բավական է հետևել, թե ինչպիսի հրապարակային խոսք է հնչում ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Սփյուռում։ Թե՛ նիկոլականները, թե՛ նրանց հակառակորդները, նույնիսկ այս պատուհասից հետո, չեն հրաժարվում իրենց հայդատական, ոչմիթիզհողական հոխորտանքներից՝ ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցելով, որ «հայի հետին խելք» ասույթը ոչ միայն ցնորամտություն է, այլև անբուժելի հիվանդություն։
Մեր սերնդին վիճակվել է ականատես լինել հասուն ազգերի կողմից «հետին խելքի» դրսևորման մի շարք օրինակների։ Ես այդ մասին խոսել եմ դեռևս 2007թ․ իմ ելույթներից մեկում, ուստի կրկնությունից խուսափելու համար բավարար եմ համարում կատարել հետևյալ մեջբերումը․
«Շատ ժողովուրդներ ու պետություններ տարբեր հանգամանքներում ու տարբեր պատճառներով հայտնվել են համազգային աղետի առջև։ Հայերն ու հրեաները ենթարկվել են ցեղասպանության։ Գերմանիան ու Ճապոնիան ջախջախիչ պարտություն կրելով, հիմնահատակ ավերվել են։ Օսմանյան Թուրքիան, Բրիտանիան և Ռուսաստանը կորցրել են իրենց հզորագույն կայսրությունները։ Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն իր ողբերգությունը համարում է եզակի. ինչպես արտահայտվել է Տոլստոյը՝ «Երջանիկները նման են իրար, իսկ դժբախտները՝ դժբախտ յուրովի»։ Սակայն համազգային ողբերգություն ապրած համարյա բոլոր ժողովուրդներն ու պետություններն էլ այդ ողբերգությունը դարձրել են ոչ թե հուսալքության կամ թերարժեքության, այլ ապաքինման ու հզորացման գործոն։ Նրանք իրենց մեջ ուժ են գտել ոչ միայն ամոքելու իրենց վերքերը, ազատվելու պատմական բարդույթներից, այլև վերածնունդ ապրելու ու դասվելու աշխարհի ամենակենսունակ ու ծաղկուն պետությունների շարքը։ Ի՞նչ է մեզ խանգարում՝ շարունակ ողբալու, աշխարհից դժգոհելու և արդարություն մուրալու փոխարեն, հետևել այդ ազգերի օրինակին։ Մինչև չհաղթահարենք զոհի հոգեբանությունը, մինչև չազատվենք անցյալի բարդույթներից, մինչև չնայենք դեպի ապագա՝ մենք ժամանակակից ու կենսունակ ազգ չենք կարող դառնալ։ Այդ հոգեբանությունը հաղթահարելու միակ միջոցը Հայաստան երկրի շենացումն ու հզորացումն է՝ երկիր, որն այսօր գտնվում է բորենիների ձեռքում։ Պատմությունը հպարտության աղբյուր է շատ ազգերի համար, բայց պատմական բեռը՝ անցանկալի կապանք» (Լ․ Տեր-Պետրոսյան, Վերադարձ, Երևան, 2009, էջ 116-117)։
«Հայի հետին խելք» արտահայտությունը իմաստ կարող է ունենալ միայն այս ճշմարտությունն ըմբռնելուց հետո։
