Երկրում ստեղծված այս պատասխանատու օրերի իրավիճակը բոլորիցս պահանջում է բացառիկ ջանքեր՝ ապահովելու համերաշխություն ու համախմբվածություն, հարգանք իրար արժանապատվության ու խոսքի նկատմամբ: Անհրաժեշտ է բացառել լարվածության բերող որևէ տեսակի զարգացում՝ անկախ քաղաքական կամ այլ հայացքներից:

 

Սոցիալական ցանցերի դիտարկումը ցույց է տալիս, որ վերջին մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում կտրուկ աճել են ատելություն ու վիրավորանք, բռնության կոչեր ու սպառնալիքներ տարածող, նույնիսկ ներքին թշնամանք հրահրող մեկնաբանություններն ու գրառումները:

 

Շեշտակիորեն աճել է կեղծ կամ ոչ իրական օգտահաշիվների քանակն ու հենց այդ օգտահաշիվներն էլ առավել ագրեսիվն են:

Ընդ որում, այդ օգտահաշիվները հաճախ ոչ մասնագիտական դիտարկմամբ դժվար է տարբերակել, դրանք ի հայտ են գալիս կոնկրետ իրավիճակի կամ նույնիսկ առանձին հրապարակման կապակցությամբ, գործում են կազմակերպված, հստակ նպատակներով ու թիրախներով:

 

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը բոլոր քաղաքացիներին խնդրում է ձեռնպահ մնալ այդպիսի «քննարկումների» ներքաշվելուց և որևէ պարագայում չտրվել նման սադրանքների: Դրանցով տարածվող ատելությամբ երկրում մթնոլորտը միայն ավելի է լարվում:

Պետական կամ հանրային որևէ այլ պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձինք այս պատասխանատու օրերին հատկապես պարտավոր են դրսևորել հանրային համերաշխության օրինակելի պահվածք, այդ թվում՝ հանրային խոսքում, իրավունք չունեն կատարել այնպիսի գրառումներ կամ անել մեկնաբանություններ, որոնք պարունակում են ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի վիրավորանք կամ նույն կերպ նպաստում են ատելություն ու հետևաբար՝ լարվածություն տարածելուն:

Այս բարդ իրավիճակում չափազանց կարևոր է զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների դերը:
Ուստի, լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնող բոլոր կազմակերպություններին ու լրագրողներին Պաշտպանը խնդրում է հատուկ ուշադրությամբ հետևել հրապարակումների ներքո ծավալվող քննարկումներին և հեռացնել վիրավորանք ու ատելություն, բռնության կոչ կամ սպառնալիք պարունակող մեկնաբանություններն ու գրառումները:

Խնդիրն այնքան արդիական է դարձել, որ անհրաժեշտ է լրացուցիչ ռեսուրսներ հատկացնել դա լուծելու համար: Դրանից բացի, ցանկացած հրապարակում անելիս անհրաժեշտ է ուշադրություն դարձնել տեղեկությունների ստուգվածությանը, ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել վերնագրերի ընտրության հարցում և գործել պատասխանատու լրագրության սկզբունքների պահպանմամբ:
