ՊՆ-ն՝ ժամկետային զինծառայողներին արձակուրդ տրամադրելու եւ Արցախից տեղափոխելու հարցերի վերաբերյալ

«Հաշվի առնելով զինծառայողների ծնողների և ընտանիքի անդամների բազմաթիվ դիմումները՝ կապված պատերազմական գործողությունների մասնակիցներին հանգստի հնարավորություն ընձեռելու հետ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է.
Չնայած եռակողմ համաձայնագրի շրջանակում հաստատված հրադադարին, զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները, ողջ անձնակազմով, շարունակում են կատարել իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները։ Մարտական գործողություններ այլևս չեն ընթանում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս անձնակազմի հանգիստը կազմակերպել զորամասերի մշտական տեղակայման վայրերում, իսկ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող զինծառայողների բուժումն իրականացնել համապատասխան ընթացակարգով։
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն անվերապահորեն բարձր է գնահատում հայոց բանակի մարտիկների անձնազոհությունն ու հերոսական պայքարը պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում և գիտակցում է բարձրացված խնդրի կարևորությունը։ Հավաստիացնում ենք, որ իրադրության լիարժեք կայունացումից հետո կարվի հնարավորը՝ մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցած զինծառայողներին արձակուրդ տրամադրելու հարցում։
Հավելենք, որ տվյալ պահին ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են ընթանում եռակողմ համաձայնագրի դրույթներով սահմանված և տարածքային լուծումներ ենթադրող քայլերի իրականացման հետևանքով առաջացած՝ մի շարք զորամասերի մշտական տեղակայման վայրերը փոփոխելու և նոր տեղում անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքներ, այդ թվում նաև` անձնակազմի կեցության և ծառայության կազմակերպման համար հնարավորինս բարեկեցիկ պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ։ Աշխատանքները կիրականացվեն առավելագույնս սեղմ ժամկետներում»։
