Հայաստանի վարչապետի և ԶՈՒ գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի աթոռը զբաղեցնող անձը հոգեկան հիվանդ է։ Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինները, ոստիկանությունը, առողջապահության նախարարությունը և  բանակի առողջ զանգվածը պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն իշխանությունից նրան խաղաղ հեռացնելու, երկիրն ու ազգը այս հիվանդությունից փրկելու համար։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ, Տեր Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երեկվա գրառմանը, որով նա կոչ էր անում առաջնագծի տղաներին գալ Երեւանում և «վերջնականորեն լուծել պատերի տակ վնգստացողների հարցերը»։

Դիտարկմանը՝ գուցե վարչապետի թիմակիցները վախենում են նրա դեմ դուրս գալ, քանի որ սպառնում են նրանց հետ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել, Աջապահյանն ասաց.

«Հարցը վախենալը չէ, պարզապես այդ մարդիկ էլ օրգանական կապի մեջ են մեկը մյուսի հետ։ Ապրիկարների, ապաշնորհների, դիլետանտների նույն օրգանիզմն է, որոնք խոսելուց և օտարերկրյա սեմինարների մասնակցելուց բացի ոչինչ չեն արել։  Նրանց մեծամասնությունը պրակտիկ աշխատանք չի կատարել, բանակում չեն ծառայել, ոչ մի բանից տեղյակ չեն, և եթե հիմա մանդատները վայր դնեն՝ դուրս գան, բարձր աշխատավարձերի և պարգևավճարների կորսուտ կունեն։ Այդ  մարդիկ հայրենիք չունեն, որ հասկական հայրենիք են կորցրել։ Նրանք նույն հիվանդ օրգանիզմի մասն են, հետևաբար պետք է «Հիդրայի գլուխը» հեռացնել, որպեսզի մնացածը հեռանան»։

Դիտարկմանը, թե բանակում կան զինծառայողներ, որոնք աջակցում են վարչապետին՝ հույս ունենալով, թե նա կցրի բանակը և ստիպված չեն լինի այլևս ծառայել, Աջապահյանը պատասխանեց.

«Չեմ կարծում որ զինվորներն այդքան միամիտ կգտնվեն, բռնության կոչերով ելույթները կարգադրված, պատվիրված են. այդ զինվորները թերևս իրականությունն ամբողջական չեն պատկերացնում, իսկ բանակի մեծամասնությունը շատ լավ գիտի, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել, ինչպիսի ապիկար և ապաշնորհ կառավարում է եղել, դավաճական գործողություններ, որի պատճառով հասել ենք անդունդի եզրին, հետևաբար մնացել է մի ճանապարհ. այդ մարդը պետք է հեռանա մեկ վայրկյան շուտ»։

 Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդը կոչ արեց չտրվել սադրանքներին, պահանել խաղաղություն։

«Մենք խաղաղության կողմնակից ենք, ոչ մի կաթիլ արյուն չպետք է թափվի, ոչ մի ընդհարում չպետք  է լինի, ոչ ոք մեկը մյուսի վրա ձեռք չպիտի բարձրացնի, ամեն ինչ պետք է լինի խաղաղ։ Պետք է  հասկանանք, որ այս մարդը խաղաղ պիտի հեռանա, իսկ եթե պատրաստ է խաղաղ հեռանալուն, ապա մեր երկրի  ուժային կառույցները պետք է խաղաղ եղանակով պարտադրեն այդ մարդուն հեռանալ։ Ոչ մի կաթիլ արյուն, ոչ մի բռնություն չպետք է թույլ տալ»,–եզրափակեց սրբազան Հայրը։
