Քիչ առաջ հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը.

ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն, ըստ ամենայնի, բավարար մակարդակի չի տիրապետում իր ոլորտին և այսօր, ցավոք սրտի, մենք ևս մեկ հնարավորություն ունեցանք համոզվելու դրանում։ Մասնավորապես, պրն. Քոչարյանը, ԱԺ-ում, լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում նշել է հետևյալը. «Այսօր մեր ռազմաօդային ուժերի հրամանատարը մի մարդ է, որը չի թռնում։ Աշխարհում էդպիսի բան չկա։ Ռազմաօդային ուժերի հրամանատար՝ պարոն Տոնոյանի նշանակած»։

Ըստ էության, պաշտոնյան, որը պետք է առնվազն քաջատեղյակ լինի երկրի պաշտպանության հետ կապված կարևորագույն խնդիրներին, չի տիրապետում նույնիսկ պաշտպանական գերատեսչությանը վերաբերող տարրական գիտելիքների։ Տեղեկացնենք պարոն Քոչարյանին, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ՊՆ կառուցվածքում գոյություն չունեն «ռազմաօդային ուժեր»։ Փոխարենը գոյություն ունի «ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ավիացիայի վարչություն», որի ղեկավարը գնդապետ Գագիկ Ասլանյանն է։ Ավելին. հատուկ պարոն Քոչարյանի համար նշենք, որ ԶՈՒ ավիացիայի վարչության պետին նշանակում է ոչ թե ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը, այլ, ՀՀ վարչապետի միջնորդությամբ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահը։

Պարոն Քոչարյանին նաև տեղեկացնենք, որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ավիացիայի պետ-վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Գագիկ Ասլանյանը ոչ միայն «թռնում է», այլև առաջին կարգի և գործող օդաչու է, թռիչքներ է իրականացնում չորս, այդ թվում նաև ՍՈՒ 30-ՍՄ տեսակի ինքնաթիռներով, ունի ավելի քան 1500 թռիչքաժամ և իրավամբ համարվում է իր ոլորտի բարձրագույն պրոֆեսիոնալ։
