Վերջին երկուսուկես տարում շուրջ 17.000 քաղաքացի հրաժարվել է ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից

Վերջին երկուսուկես տարում ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու համար ՀՀ իրավասու մարմիններին դիմել է 16894 անձ։ Այս մասին ոստիկանության պետ Վահե Ղազարյանին ուղղված NEWS.am–ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնեցին ոստիկանությունից։

Մասնավորապես 2017-2020 թվականներին ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու համար դիմել է 22.277 անձ, որից՝ 5250–ը՝ 2017 թ., 6576–ը՝ 2018 թ., 7138–ը՝ 2019 թ., իսկ 3313–ը 2020 թ. 8 ամիսներին։ Փաստացի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվել է շուրջ 17.000 քաղաքացի։

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում (2017-2020թթ.) ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն է շնորհվել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության միջոցով դիմած 18112 անձի։ Մասնավորապես՝ 3848 անձ ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն է ստացել 2017թ., 5383–ը 2018 թ., 6312–ը 2019 թ., իսկ  2569–ը՝ 2020 թ. 8 ամիսներին։

ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար դիմումներ են ներկայացվել 100 օտարերկրյա պետությունների քաղաքացիներ։

2017 թ. մինչև 2020 թ. օգոստոս ամիսը ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար մերժվել է 2322 դիմում, որից՝ 668–ը՝ 2017 թ., 727–ը  2019 թ., իսկ 247–ը 2020 թ. 8 ամիսներին։

Նկատենք, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու համար դիմողների թիվը վերջին տարիներին ոչ միայն չի նվազել, այլև ամեն տարի մոտ 20 տոկոսով դինամիկ աճ է գրանցել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու համար դիմողների թիվը 4165–ով կամ 23 տոկոսով ավելի է քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար դիմողներից։

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս ցուցանիշների մասին երբեք չի խոսել ոչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ոչ էլ նրա թիմի ներկայացուցիչները։ Վերջին երկուսուկես տարում թավշյա հեղափոխության առաջնորդը տարատեսակ ցուցանիշներ է հրապարակել Հայաստան վերադարձած քաղաքացիների «աննախադեպ հոսքի» վերաբերյալ, խոսել «մեծ ներգաղթի» մասին, մինչդեռ առկա ցուցանիշները վկայում են, որ Հայաստան ժամանածների շատ քիչ տոկոսն է դիմել ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար, իսկ զուգահեռ իրականությունում տասնյակ հազարավոր  քաղաքացիներ հրաժարվել են Հայաստանի քաղաքացիությունից։ Ստացվում է մարդիկ բարեկեցությունի՞ց և ժողովրդավարությունի՞ց էին փախչում, թե իրականում հասարակության մեջ ատելությունը, բաժանարար գծերը և սոցաիալական անարդարությունն են նպաստել քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելուն։
