Պուտինը նշել է, թե ինչպես կարելի էր խուսափել Ղարաբաղի պատերազմից

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Ղարաբաղում պատերազմից խուսափել հնարավոր կլիներ, եթե ընդունվեին իրավիճակի կարգավորմանն ուղղված առաջարկները, որոնք մշակվել էին դեռևս 2013 թվականին:
«2013 թվականին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանը պայմաններ էր ձևակերպել, որոնց հետ համաձայնել և աջակցում էին Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր մասնակիցները, այդ թվում համանախագահներ Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ն»,- РИА Новости-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՌԴ ղեկավարն ասել է Россия 24-ի եթերում:
Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հիշեցրել է դրույթների մասին, որոնք ընկած էին առաջարկների հիմքում՝ Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող 5 շրջանների վերադարձ, այնուհետև ևս երկու շրջանների վերադարձ, միջանցքի ստեղծում, որը կմիավորեր Ղարաբաղն ու Հայաստանը, Ղարաբաղի ստաստուս քվոյի ճանաչում՝ չամրապնդելով նրա վերջնական կարգավիճակը, փախստականների վերադարձ երկու կողմից:
«Իմ կարծիքով՝ դա կլիներ հարցի լուծում: Ցավոք, մենք մի քանի անգամ մոտեցել ենք վերջնական լուծումին… Իմ տեսանկյունից, եթե մեզ դա հաջողվեր, կհաջողվեր պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել, պատերազմ էլ չէր լինի: Եվ ես հիմա դրանում վստահ եմ»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը:
Նշենք, որ Պուտինն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ հոկտեմբերին համոզել էր Ալիևին դադարեցնել մարտական գործողությունները Ղարաբաղում՝ փասխտականներին Շուշի վերադարձնելու պայմանով, սակայն Հայաստանը դեմ է եղել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն:
