Նոյեմբերի 17-ի երեկոյան ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար, բանակի գեներալ Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հետ:

Հեռախոսազրույցների ընթացքում նախարարները քննարկել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում ստեղծված օպերատիվ իրավիճակը և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործունեության հետ կապված ընթացիկ հարցեր: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտներ իր գործընկերոջը՝ խաղաղապահ ստորաբաժանման արագ և արդյունավետ տեղակայման, ինչպես նաև զոհված զինծառայողների, գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորածների հայտնաբերման ու փոխանակման աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու համար:

Հատուկ ուշադրություն է հրավիրվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակին: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում ՌԴ միջգերատեսչական հումանիտար արձագանքման կենտրոնի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ, որը պետք է զբաղվի փախստականների վերադարձի, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնման, զոհված, գերեվարված և անհայտ կորած անձանց որոնողական աշխատանքների և հումանիտար ոլորտում տարբեր կազմակերպությունների գործունեության համադրման հարցերով:

Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այս ոլորտում եռակողմ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունների միջև:
