Այս տեսանյութում ադրբեջանական զինվորականները նվաստացնում են տարեց մարդու, էթնիկ հայի, նրան բացառիկ ցինիզմով ենթարկում են բացահայտ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի:

Դա անում են միայն այն բանի համար, որ մարդն էթնիկ հայ է. ատելությունն Ադրբեջանում այնքան համակարգված է ու պետական մակարդակով խրախուսվում է այնքան բարձր, որ այս զինվորականներին չի հետաքրքրում, որ մարդն անօգնական է, տարեց է և ունի մարդկային արժանապատվություն:

Հակառակը՝ նրանք մարդկանց արժանացնում են այսպիսի վերաբերմունքի, տեսագրում կամ լուսանկարում ու հետո դա լայնորեն տարածում սոցիալական ցանցերով՝ սեփական հասարակությունում գովեստի ու թվացյալ «հերոսության» արժանանալու համար:

Մեկ կարևոր փաստ. այս արարքը ոչ թե մի խումբ զինծառայողների առանձին հանցագործություն է, այլ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական լայնածավալ ու պետական բարձր մակարադակով խրախուսվող հանցավոր արարքների՝ խոշտանգումների ու վայրագությունների, դաժանությունների համակարգի անբաժան բաղադրիչ:

Սա հերթական ապացույցն է, որ հաստատում է ահաբեկչական մեթոդներով էթնիկ զտումների ու ցեղասպանության համակարգված ադրբեջանական քաղաքականությունն Արցախում:

Այսպիսի արարքները ոչ միայն կատեգորիկ արգելված են մարդկությանը հայտնի բոլոր միջազգային պահանջներով, այլ դրանք նույնիսկ մարդկային երևակայության մեջ չեն տեղավորվում:

Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ ներկայում ամփոփում ենք՝ այս ապացույցի ամրագրման, անհրաժեշտ ձևակերպումների ու միջազգային մարմիններին ներկայացնելու համար:
