«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հրադադարի մասին եռակողմ համաձայնագրի կնքումը և հայկական կողմի պարտությունը ներքին և արտաքին ծանր իրավիճակ են նախատեսում Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար։ Եվ լիովին հասկանալի է, որ այսպիսի պայմանները հանրության շրջանում մեծ վրդովմունք և պոռթկում պետք է առաջացնեին։ Համաձայնագրի կնքումից շատ չանցած քաղաքական տարբեր ուժեր և քաղաքացիներ բողոքի դուրս եկան և պահանջում էին, որ ԱԺ-ն նիստ հրավիրի ու պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնի տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների շուրջ, սակայն տևական ժամանակ հնարավոր չէր լինում խորհրդարանում քվորում ապահովել, քանի որ «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորները «փախած» էին և վախենում էին մարդկանց աչքին երևալ։

Բայց եթե օրեր շարունակ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորները «մկան ծակը հարյուր թումանով էին առնում», ապա հիմա նրանք ոչ միայն մասնակցում են ԱԺ նիստերին, այլև մի բան էլ ամբարտավան կեցվածք են դրսևորում՝ մուննաթ գալով և հոխորտալով իրենց հետ անհամաձայն մարդկանց վրա։ Սա ի՞նչ է, եթե ոչ ցինիզմի վերջին կարգի դրսևորում, քանի որ ըստ առկա իրավիճակին համահունչ տրամաբանության՝ նրանք պետք է ընդհանրապես գլխիկոր և ամոթահար շրջեին, որպեսզի ժողովրդի կողմից թուքումուրի չարժանանային։ Թեպետ, եթե անկեղծ լինենք, անգամ ցինիկության համար է ինտելեկտ պետք։

Իշխանական պատգամավորների նման պահվածքը լրիվ ի չիք է դարձնում ներելու կամ ըմբռնելու նույնիսկ այն չնչին փշրանքները, որ գուցե մնացել էին փոքրաթիվ մարդկանց մեջ։ Իմքայլականները ակտիվ ջանքեր են գործադրում, որպեսզի սև ու սպիտակի բաժանման համատեքստում հասարակությանը նոր տարանջատման տանեն, մեծացնեն թշնամանքը և լղոզեն ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված իրենց պատասխանատվությունը։ Եվ ըստ այդ տրամաբանության էլ ԱԺ ամբիոնից իշխանական պատգամավորները հայտարարում են, թե մենք բոլորս պատասխանատու ենք ոչ բարենպաստ զարգացումների և ձախողումների համար։

Իրենց ասածը մեծ հաշվով ենթադրում է կոլեկտիվ կամ հավաքական պատասխանատվություն, իսկ դա, ըստ էության, նշանակում է զրո պատասխանատվություն։ Ակնհայտ է, որ սա հստակ քարոզչական խայծ է՝ փրկելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր թիմի դեմքը: Սակայն բոլորի համար էլ պարզ է, որ պարտությունն ունի մեկ գլխավոր քաղաքական պատասխանատու՝ իրենց քաղաքական թիմի առաջնորդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ իր կառավարության հետ մեկտեղ, ապա իր քաղաքական ուժն իր պատգամավորներով։ Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների (հանուն արդարության ասենք՝ ոչ բոլորի) այսպիսի պահվածքը մի քանի պատճառ ունի, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ առաջնայինը փրկօղակն է. նրանք ամուր կպել են իրենց աթոռներին և պոկ չեն գալիս։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ պաշտոնն իրենց համար կարգավիճակ է, ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաներ, լիուլի գործուղումներ, մեծ չափերով պարգևավճարներ և, ամենակարևորը, պատասխանատվությունից հնարավորինս խուսափելու միջոց։

Հետո էլ իրենք են նեղանում՝ հայտարարելով, թե հրադադարի համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո ԱԺ-ում կամ կառավարությունում վրդովված քաղաքացիների կողմից բռնակ, աթոռ, ապակի է կոտրվել կամ օծանելիք են գողացել: Միանշանակ անթույլատրելի ու դատապարտելի է այն, ինչ արեցին մի խումբ անհավասարակշիռ անձինք կառավարությունում և ազգային ժողովում: Սակայն անհասկանալի է մի բռնակի կամ մի աթոռի թեման այդպես մատի փաթաթան սարքելը, երբ հինգ հազար զոհ ունենք, երբ տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ տուն են կորցրել, երբ 9000 հեկտար տարածք ենք կորցրել, երբ Հայրենիքն է վտանգված: Արդյո՞ք իշխանությունների համար այդքանհամադրելի են այս ամենն ու դռան բռնակը կամ թեկուզ հենց իրենց պաշտոնները:
