Ասկերանի շրջանից ևս 2 գյուղ տարհանում են՝ Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու համար․ վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչն արցախցիներին կոչ է անում դեռ չվերադառնալ, եթե տուն են կորցրել, բնակֆոնդը չի հերիքում․ armeniasputnik.am

Ասկերանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալի խոսքով` անտուն մնացած մարդիկ երկու անգամ շատ են շրջանում առկա ազատ բնակարաններից։

Արցախի Ասկերանի շրջանից վեց գյուղ արդեն անցել են հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ, ևս երկուսն էլ կանցնեն։ Ասկերանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Արմեն Մանգասարյանը Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այդ ութ գյուղերում ընդհանուր առմամբ 2733 մարդ է ապրել, որոնք բոլորը մնացել են առանց տների։ 

«Պատերազմի ժամանակ հակառակորդը գրավել է Ասկերանի վեց գյուղ` Ավետարանոցը, Ակնաղբյուրը, Մադաթաշենը, Սխնախը, Ջրաղացները և Մոշխմհատը։ Այդ գյուղերից 2233 մարդ` 525 ընտանիք, մնացել են առանց տան, այժմ նրանք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում են։ Եվս երկու գյուղից ներկա պահին են տարհանվում բնակիչները։ Խոսքը Արմենակավան և Ուխտասար գյուղերի մասին է, առաջինում բնակվում է 150 մարդ, երկրորդում` 350։ Մինչև վերջին պահը հստակ չէր` այդ գյուղերն անցնում են հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ, թե ոչ։ Երկու օր առաջ է պարզվել, որ համաձայն եռակողմ հայտարարության` դրանք էլ են դառնալու Ադրբեջանինը», – նշեց Մանգասարյանը։

Այժմ Արմենակավանի և Ուխտասարի բնակիչները շտապ տարհանում են իրենց գույքը, սակայն դեռևս բոլորը չեն տեղափոխվել. տրանսպորտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան։ Մանգասարյանի խոսքով` օրական մի քանի անգամ պետության աջակցությամբ մեքենաներ են գնում–գալիս գյուղեր, սակայն դեռ տեղափոխելու իրեր և մարդիկ կան։

«Արմենակավանի և Ուխտասարի բնակիչները շատ նեղսրտած են. իրենց 30 տարվա ստեղծածը թողնում են հակառակորդին», – պատմեց պաշտոնյան։

Ասկերանի կորսված ութ գյուղերի բնակիչներին սկզբնական շրջանում ծրագրված էր Ասկերանի շրջանի այլ համայնքներում տեղավորել, սակայն բնակֆոնդի հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջացել։ Ասկերանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալի խոսքով` անտուն մնացած մարդիկ երկու անգամ շատ են շրջանում առկա ազատ բնակարաններից։

«Ստացվում է, որ պետք է Ստեփանակերտ էլ տեղափոխենք մարդկանց, բայց այնտեղ նաև պետք է տեղավորվեն Շուշիի և Հադրութի բնակիչները։ Մի խոսքով` ահավոր վիճակ է։ Ըստ այդմ` ուզում եմ կոչով դիմել արցախցիներին. եթե տուն եք կորցրել, դեռ մի վերադարձեք Արցախ։ Մենք ծրագրում ենք Ասկերանում դպրոցների, մանկապարտեզների շենքերը հարմարեցնել բնակության համար։ Բայց դրա համար ժամանակ է պետք։ Մահճակալ չկա, խոհանոցային պարագաներ չկան։ Իսկ մարդիկ Հայաստանից գալիս են, ու փաստի առաջ ենք կանգնում», – ասաց Մանգասարյանը։
