«ՀՔԾ ինձ չեն կանչել մեղադրանք առաջադրելու համար, այլ իմ ելույթի մեջ եղած հանցակազմի վերաբերյալ նյութեր նախապատրաստելու համար, որեւէ կարգավիճակ չեն տվել: Իմ նպատակը չի եղել այն, որ հասարակությունն ինչ-որ ձեւով արձագանքի, իմ նպատակը եղել է, որ այսօրվա իշխանությունը, այս ծանր պահին հետեւություններ անի թույլ տված սխալներից եւ համապատասխան միջոցառումներ իրականացնի մեր երկիրը այս ծանր վիճակից հանելու համար: Եթե ուշադիր եք եղել, ես ոչ մի գնահատական չեմ տվել, ես նշել եմ թերությունները: Անելիքները այն կառույցներինն են, որոնք ի վիճակի են իրավիճակը շտկելու: Իսկ եթե իմ ասածների մեջ կա հանցակազմ, դա իմ գործը չի, իմ գործը մատնանշելն է եւ շտկելը»,- «Արմնյուզին» տված հարցազրույցում նշեց Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-գնդապետ, Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար, Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետն ախկին գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ Մովսես Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը ընդամենը փաստերն է արձանագրել իր ասուլիսում:

Նա անդրադարձավ վարչապետի խոսնակի հայտարարությանը, որ վարչապետը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին եւ 29-ին հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահի հետ, մինչդեռ ինքն ասել էր, թե մինչեւ ամսի 30-ը նման բան չի եղել. Մովսես Հակոբյանն ասաց. «Ես ասել եմ, որ վարչապետը չի զանգել մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցին եւ օգնություն խնդրել, դա ընկալեցին, որ չի զանգել առհասարակ: Ոչ, զանգել է, ամեն օր, օրը մի քանի անգամ, բայց մինչեւ ամսի 30-ը օգնություն չի խնդրել: Իսկ եթե ուզում եք ավելի մանրամասն, կարող եմ ասել, թե վարչապետն ինչ է պատասխանել, որ օգնություն չի խնդրել, բայց չեմ ասի»:
