Նոյեմբերի 13-ից մեկնարկած՝ անհայտ կորածների ու զոհվածների մարմինների որոնման ու փոխանակման գործընթացի արդյունքում արդեն շուրջ 350 հայ զինծառայողի մարմին է գտնվել կամ փոխանակվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է  ԱՀ ՄԻՊ-ը:

Աշխատանքները մեկնարկել էին Շուշիի հատվածում՝ վերջին օրերին ընդլայնվելով նաև Մարտունու, Կարմիր շուկայի ու Մատաղիսի ուղղություններով: Բանակցություններ են ընթանում նաև մյուս հատվածներում փոխանակման ու որոնման աշխատանքների իրականացման շուրջ:

Շուշիի մերձակայքից օրեր առաջ գտնվել է ոստիկանության մեկ վիրավոր ծառայող, ով ավելի քան վեց օր շարունակ թաքնվել էր անտառում և փրկվել որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում: Ցավոք, առ այսօր ոչ մի այլ կենդանի զինծառայողի հնարավոր չի եղել գտնել:

Մի խումբ մարմինների նախնական փորձաքննության արդյունքներով արձանագրվել են վիրավորների սպանության ու զոհվածների մարմինների խեղման դեպքեր: Շուշիից գտնվել է երեք քաղաքացիական անձի մարմին, որոնք դաժանաբար սպանվել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից:

Ինքնությունը պարզված մարմինները փոխանցվում են հարազատներին, իսկ երբ օբյեկտիվորեն հնարավոր չի լինում տեղում պարզել ինքնությունը, դա արվում է ԴՆԹ անալիզների արդյունքների հիման վրա:

Անհայտ կորածների ու զոհվածների մարմինների որոնման ու փոխանակման գործընթացն իրականացվում է ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության կողմից՝ պաշտպանության նախարարությունների աջակցությամբ: Իսկ ԱՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն աջակցում է տվյալների հավաքագրման ու մշակման հարցում, ինչպես նաև փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակներում արձանագրում է մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները:

Շատ կարևոր է, որ բոլոր պետական ու միջազգային կառույցներն աշխատեն առավելագույնս արդյունավետորեն ու օպերատիվորեն, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի փրկել կենդանի անհայտ կորածների ու ռազմագերիների կյանքերը և հարազատներին հասցնել մեր զոհված հերոսների մարմինները: Ես էլ փորձում եմ իմ լիազորությունների սահմաններում ու դրանցից դուրս կատարել բոլոր հնարավոր քայլերը այդ նպատակին աջակցելու ուղղությամբ: Նշեմ, որ գերեվարված զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց մասով էլ մեր աշխատակազմում կատարվում են փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ՝ պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ փոխանցելով Կարմիր խաչին ու պետական լիազոր մարմիններին:

Կրկին իմ խորին ցավակցությունները, հպարտությունն ու երախտագիտությունն եմ հայտնում բոլոր զոհվածների հարազատներին. ձեր զավակները, եղբայրներն ու հայրերը զոհվել են բոլորիս համար, և բոլորս էլ ցմահ պարտք ենք նրանց, ձեզ ու Հայրենիքի բոլոր պաշտպաններին:
