Ստեփանակերտի կյանքը պատերազմից հետո. ֆոտոշարք

Արցախի մայրաքաղաքը դեռ չի վերադարձել բնականոն կյանքին, խանութների մեծ մասը փակ է, կենտրոնական փողոցներում նկատելի են հրթիռակոծությունների հետքերը, սակայն պարաններից կախված լվացքը հուշում է՝ արցախցին իր տունը լքել չի պատրաստվում։ Tert.am-ը նոյեմբերի 19-ին եղել է Ստեփանակերտում, ուր այս օրերին պատերազմական կրակոցները դադարել են, մարդկանց մի մասը վերադարձել է տուն:
Արցախի կառավարության շենքի դիմաց Հայաստանից Արցախ վերադարձած փաստականներն են: Սպասում են, որ իրենց տեղափոխեն գյուղեր: Մարտակերտի բնակիչները շտապում են մոմեր գտնել․ այնտեղ էլեկտրաէներգիայի խնդիր կա:
Արցախցիներն անորոշությամբ են վերադարձել հայրենիք, ասում են՝ դեռ չգիտեն որքանով է ապահով, բայց պիտի վերադառնային տուն:
Նարինե Պողոսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ գյուղից փախչելուց հետո Հայաստանում մի քանի տուն են փոխել: Իրենց ամեն ինչով ապահովել են, բայց ինչպես ինքն էր ասում․ «Տուն վերադառնալու ժամանակն էր»:
«Մնացել ենք Սևանում, Երևանում, Արարատում՝ Մխչյանում: Մեզ շատ օգնեցին: Ինձ հետ ոչինչ չէի վերցրել, բայց ամեն ինչով ապահովեցին: Ամուսինս այս ընթացքում Արցախում էր՝ կամ կռվի դաշտում էր, կամ գյուղում հսկում էր մեծերին, կամ օգնում էր զինվորների թաղումները կազմակերպել: 2 օր առաջ եկավ մեզ մոտ, ասաց՝ վերադառնանք Ղարաբաղ, չեմ ուզում այստեղ մնալ, ասացի՝ ես էլ կգամ քեզ հետ»,- պատմեց նա:
Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոցի մոտակա դեղատանն արդեն վերականգնման աշխատանքներ են կատարվում, իսկ մայրաքաղաքի հայտնի շուկայում խառնաշփոթ է. «Ժենգյալով հաց» ցուցանակը կա, բայց առաջարկվող արցախյան հացի փոխարեն հիմա ավերված տաղավարներ են: Ամբողջ շուկայում մեկ-երկու հոգի է վաճառք անում: Ձկնավաճառները ձուկ են վաճառում, տեղում էլ ընդմիջման համար խորովում են: Ասում են՝ այսպես նաև տաքանում են:
«Դեդոյի ու բաբոյի» արձանը («Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը») մշուշի մեջ է: Ստեփանակերտում հիմա զբոսաշրջիկներ չկան, որ շտապեն նկարվել Արցախի խորհրդանիշի հետ։ Թեև պատերազմի հետքերն այստեղ ավելի, քան թարմ են, այնուամենայնիվ, քաղաքը փորձում է ապրել։
