ՀՀ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը իր ֆեսյբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Քաղաքական ու բարոյական ինքնասպանները

Այս բառակապակցությունը հարմար է բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր կապիտուլյանտի ու իր ամուսնու կառավարությունում պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու մասնագիտական ու բարոյական «քաջություն» ունեն։ Համ վերցնում են հող հանձնողի պիտակը, համ էլ դրանով իսկ խաչ քաշում ապագայի վրա։ Նիկոլի իշխանությունում աշխատելը պարսավելի էր ինքնին, բայց հիմա՝ խարան է։

Տարիքի կամ կարիերայի մայրամուտին գտնվողներին կարող է թվալ, որ հարմար պահ է անվան կողքը «նախարար» բառը գրելու։ Բայց ավաղ, որպես բոնուս գալիս է դավաճան, հայրենիք վաճառած բառերը։ Ափսոսել կարելի է, ներել կամ հասկանալ՝ ոչ։

Սա այնպիսի եզակի կերպար է, որ շուրջը պիտի աղտոտի ու նոր գնա։ Բոլորին ապականի։ Բայց դա գիտակցված ընտրություն է։ Չասեք՝ չգիտեիք կամ էլ գործ էիք անում։ Ձեր մեջ պրոֆեսիոնալներ չկան, որ այդ պիտակը իրենց կպցնեն ու արդարացնեն։ Անցյալի ուրվականն է նշանակումներ անում ու ժամանակ ձգում։
