Արթուր Դանիելյանն ազատ արձակվեց․ նա գնում է Քննչական կոմիտե (տեսանյութ)
VIDEO«Ադեկվադ» միաբանության հիմնադիր Արթուր Դանիելյանն ազատ արձակվեց ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրից: Նա ձերբակալվել էր դեկտեմբերի 20-ին՝ վարչապետի հրաժարականի պահանջով քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ակցիային մասնակցելու ժամանակ։
Դանիելյանն ազատ արձակվելուց հետո նշեց, որ հիմա պետք է գնան Քննչական կոմիտե: Նա հավելեց՝ որքան հասկանում է, նույնիսկ ժամանակավոր բանտարկությունից ազատվելուց են շատ հատուկ վերաբերմունք ստանում «Ադեկվադի» ներկայացուցիչները:
«Հարգելի աշխատակիցներին ցտեսություն եմ մաղթել, որովհետև ինչ-որ բան ինձ հուշում է, որ շուտով նորից այստեղ կհայտնվենք: ՀՀ բնակչությունը երեք ընտրություն ունի՝ կա՛մ այնպես պետք է անի, որ Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչվի, կա՛մ պետք է ինձ բանտարակեն, կա՛մ ֆիզիկապես ոչնչացնեն, թող այդ երեքից մեկն ընտրեն»,- հայտարարեց Դանիելյանը:
Դանիելյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն էլ հավելեց, որ Արթուր Դանիելյանին ձերբակալությունից ազատելը տարօրինակ է եղել: «Դատավորը 16 ժամ գտնվել է խորհրդակցական սենյակում, այսինքն՝ դա արվել է հատուկ, որ ցույց տան, թե Արթուրին երկար պահեցին, բայց ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ անգամ կայացված որոշումը չէր կատարում: Մենք ստիպված այսքան սպասեցինք, որ քննիչն իր գրությամբ ազատի Արթուրին»:
Աթանեսյանն ընդգծեց, որ սա առանձնահատուկ դեպք էր: «Շատ շնորհակալություն դատավոր Մելիքսեթյանին: Ընդգծեմ նաև, որ նա է քննելու հայտնի Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ կապված գործը: Շնորհակալ եմ, որ այսպես եղավ, որովհետև մենք հասկացանք, որ հատուկ է այս գործը մակագրվել այս տիկնոջը: Մենք դիմելու ենք ԲԴԽ-ին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու այդ դատավորին՝ նման անթույլատրելի վարքագծի համար, ինչպես նաև ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ենք հայտնելու մյուս գործով, որովհետև հասկանալի է, որ թավշիչ սրիկաների օրոք նշանակված դատավորը չի կարող նրանց հետ կապ չունենալ»,- շեշտեց նա:
