SOCIETY350 հայ զինծառայողի մարմին է գտնվել կամ փոխանակվել վերջին տասը օրում, այս մասին տեղեկացրել է Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանը: Աշխատանքներն սկսվել էին Շուշիից, վերջին օրերին ընդլայնվել դեպի Մարտունի, Կարմիր շուկա և Մատաղիսի ուղղություններ:
Մի խումբ մարմինների նախնական փորձաքննության արդյունքներով արձանագրվել են վիրավորների սպանության ու զոհվածների մարմինների խեղման դեպքեր: Շուշիից գտնվել է երեք քաղաքացիական անձի մարմին, որոնք դաժանաբար սպանվել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից:
Ոչ անհայտ կորած, ոչ էլ գերեվարված զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց հստակ թվեր չկան։ Ըստ Արտակ Բեգլարյանի՝ գերիների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն շարունակում են հավաքագրել, բայց հիմնական աշխատանքը Կարմիր Խաչինն է ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ կապի միջոցով։ Շուրջ 40 գերիների վերաբերյալ են դիմումներ ներկայացրել Ստրասբուրգի դատարան:
Հիշեցնենք` նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը համատեղ հայտարարություն ընդունեցին ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ։
Կետերից մեկում նշվում է, որ ներքին տեղահանվածները և փախստականները վերադառնում են ԼՂ և հարակից շրջաններ, իրականացվում է ռազմագերիների փոխանակություն և մյուս պահվող անձանց փոխանակություն, ապաարգելափակվում են բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերը տարածաշրջանում։
Նշենք, որ Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի ընթացքում, ըստ վերջին տվյալների, հայկական կողմից զոհվել են 1678 զինծառայողներ։ Քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում կա 50 զոհ ու 148 վիրավոր։
