Ադրբեջանում հայտնված հայ գերիների թիվը գերազանցում է 100–ը. Իրավապաշտպան

Մինչ այս պահը ՀՀ կառավարության և իրավապաշտպանների կողմից հայ ռազմագերիների ընտանիքի անդամների անունից շուրջ 50 դիմում է ներկայացվել (կամ նախապատրաստական փուլում է) Եվրոպական դատարան՝ կյանքի և անմարդկային վերաբերմունքից զերծ լինելու իրավունքները պաշտպանելու մասին հրատապ միջոց կիրառելու պահանջով: Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեց իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։
Միայն 29 ռազմագերու վերաբերյալ գանգատ ներկայացվել է իրավապաշտպաններ Արտակ Զեյնալյանի և Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի կողմից։
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ հայտնված զինվորական և քաղաքացիական անձանց ընդհանուր թվին, ապա ըստ Սահակյանի՝ այն գերազանցում է 100–ը։
«Փաստացի ներկայացված գործերով՝ նրանց թիվը գերազանցում է 60–ը, իսկ որոշ տվյալներով, որոնք դեռ ստուգվում են, գերիների թիվը գերազանցում է 100–ը։ Այժմ ապացույցներ ենք հավաքում՝ անձանց նույնականացնելու և գերության փաստը հաստատելու համար»,–ասաց նա։
Անդրադառնալով հրադադարի համաձայնագրի հաստատումից հետո գերեվարվածների թվին, իրավապաշտպանը նշեց, որ խոսքը հիմնականում քաղաքացիական անձանց մասին է, իսկ մնացած դեպքերում հստակ ժամանակագրությունը դեռևս պարզված չէ։
«Կան դեպքեր, որոնք հնարավոր է՝ ավելի շուտ են եղել, սակայն դրանց վերաբերյալ տեսանյութերն են ուշ ի հայտ եկել, իսկ թե մեր քաղաքացիները կոնկրետ որ ժամանակահատվածում են գերեվարվել՝ դեռևս ամբողջական վերլուծված չէ»,–ասաց իրավապաշտպանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ նախաձեռնված լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի ընթացքում գերության մեջ հայտնված զինվորական ծառայողի իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ Եվրոպական դատարանը արդեն իսկ մի շարք գործերով բավարարել է հայկական կողմի դիմումները և որոշել հրատապ միջոցներ կիրառել։
