Կառավարությունը հաստատեց էներգետիկայի ոլորտի երկարաժամկետ զարգացման ծրագիրը

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց «ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ (մինչև 2036թ.) զարգացման ուղիները» ծրագիրը: ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը նշեց, որ հաշվի առնելով 2013-2014թթ. ընթացքում վառելիքաէներգետիկ շուկայում և էներգետիկ համակարգում կիրառվող տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում արձանագրված զարգացումները, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրման խորացման և ընդլայնման նկատվող միտումներն ու Իրանի, ՌԴ-ի և այլ երկրների հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքները, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել նախանշել և մեկտեղել երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում (մինչև 2036թ.) էներգետիկայի բնագավառում ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող նախագծերը, որի նպատակով մշակվել է սույն ծրագիրը:
«Ծրագրի նպատակն է ունենալ ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ` մինչև 2036թ. զարգացման տեսլականը, որը նպատակաուղղված կլինի ապահովելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության դրույթներին համահունչ»,- ասաց Զախարյանը:
Փաստաթուղթը ներառում է Հայաստանի ընդհանուր վառելիքաէներգետիկ համալիրի նվազագույն ծախսերով և ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով համալրված հեռանկարային զարգացումներն ինչպես էներգիայի արտադրության, այնպես էլ էներգետիկ համակարգի ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի իրականացման մասով: Այն թույլ կտա ապահովել ամբողջ էներգահամակարգի երկարաժամկետ զարգացումը՝ հաշվի առած բոլոր էներգապաշարները (նավթամթերքներ, միջուկային, հիդրո, վերականգնվող, կենսազանգված, և այլն), արտադրող և փոխանցող ենթակառուցվածքները, սպառման բոլոր ոլորտներում (արդյունաբե րություն, տրանսպորտ, բնակչություն, ծառայություններ, գյուղատնտեսություն) տեխնոլոգիաները:
Այս փաստաթղթի մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը հիմնավորված է նաև նրանով, որ նոր ատոմային բլոկի շահագործման հանձնելու գործընթացը տևում է առնվազն 10 տարի և համապատասխան որոշում կայացնելու համար կառավարությանը հարկավոր է ունենալ երկրի վառելիքաէներգետիկ համալիրի երկարաժամկետ զարգացումների և ռիսկերի տեսլականը:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորեց էներգետիկայի համակարգաի երկաժամկետ զարգացման ծրագրի ընդունումը, քանի որ այս ոլորտը մեր երկրի տնտեսության ողմնաշարն է: Միաժամանակ, վարչապետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց այն միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, որոնք օգնել են կառավարությոանը ծրագիրը մշակելու հարցում:
