«Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր, իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

Գերագույն գլխավոր դավաճանի այսօրվա ելույթն ամրացրեց վստահությունս, որ աթոռը պինդ գրկելու նրա հաստատակամությունն ունի քրեաիրավական նշանակություն։

Բացատրեմ.  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ մեղքը ծանրացնող հանգամանքների թվում է «հանցանքն այլ հանցագործությունը թաքցնելու կամ դրա կատարումը հեշտացնելու նպատակով կատարելը»։

Այսօր Ն.Փ.-ն բաց տեքստով ասաց, որ իր հետագա պաշտոնավարման խնդիրների թվում է ողջ եղելության վերաբերյալ «ճշմարտությունն» ի հայտ բերելը, և որ «ժողովուրդը պետք է հասու լինի ճշմարտությանը»։ Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ալիևի կոշիկները համբուրած այս մարդը իշխանությունն օգտագործելու է մի նոր «արծրունական իրականություն» ձևավորելու ու այն որպես «ճշմարտություն» ներկայացնելու համար՝ միտված պատերազմը տանուլ տալու գործում սեփական հանցանքները թաքցնելուն։ Մեղավոր կկարգվեն բոլորը բացի իրենից։ Կամ գուցե ինքն էլ մի քիչ մեղավոր կարգվի՝ օրինակ, ելակի հետ մեկտեղ զինվորին ազնվամորի չմատակարարելու համար։ Այսինքն, Ն.Փ.-ն ցանկանում է մնալ՝ դասական առումով «հանցագործությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով»:

Չեմ բացառում, որ նա ցանկանում է մնալ նաև մեկ այլ հանցագործության «կատարումը հեշտացնելու նպատակով»։ Այս պահին դեռ շատ չմանրամասնեմ, բայց երբ վերլուծում եմ նրա առանձին գործողություններ, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում՝ կարծես հատուկ հիմքեր է ուզում ստեղծել, որ նրա համբուրած կոշիկների տերը տարածքային պահանջներ ներկայացնի արդեն ՀՀ-ին։

Կարճ ասած՝ Ն.Փ.-ի մնալը օր-օրի ծանրացնում է մեր վիճակը, խորացնում է ազգային աղետը, արժանապատվության ճգնաժամը, նվազեցնում է այն հաղթահարելու հնարավորությունը։ Ն.Փ.-ի քաղաքական թիմն էլ ամբողջությամբ կիսում է պատասխանատվությունը։ Ու թող լոլոներ չկարդան, թե իբր զբաղվում են տեղահանվածների, անհայտ կորածների, ռազմագերիների հարցերով։ Դուք ոչինչ էլ չեք անում, որ ուրիշը չէր կարող անել։ Ոչինչ։ Շատ դեպքերում առհասարակ ոչինչ չեք անում։
